Everything is good but the reception needs more hospitality training. The booking had breakfast included but the guy at the reception said " the price you paid for the room shouldn't have breakfast included" That's a very rude reply. Trip.com support solved the issues for me later. The breakfast is not "buffet " as listed. You got to choose from three options from a cafe. No shampoo and shower gel in the room. We had to ask the reception. Even though we stayed for three nights, the second time we asked for more shampoo, they said they can only supply once. We also requested through their housekeeping service app, nothing happened.
The room is clean and comfortable. For the price, we are happy with the room and hotel location.

Except the very modern elevator which confuses you sometimes the hotel is very nice / safe and is central. My second time to stay there and will come again.

酒店的房間在1樓臨街，超級吵，而且服務也不靈活。酒店內沒有牙刷，垃圾桶是隱藏的，而且也沒有抽紙。確實是省錢到極致了。
早餐是要填單子的，每天固定衹有三種。下次不來了。

Good option for a short stay. You may find everything you want in apartment for cooking also. The room is not very big, for me was fine.
I booked with breakfast, for the breakfast they’re offering 3 options/sets, no buffet.
Staffs are friendly and kind, clean was good too.

Reception and room services were great. Room was just as shown in a picture. We had no issues and would possible visit again next year.

The hotel has a convenient location in the center of Cape Town. The rooms are comfortable enough for one or a young couple. If you plan to walk around the center - it's quite easy. I got to the Waterfront by walking in 20 minutes along busy streets and did not feel any danger anywhere. Small shops and supermarkets around the hotel allow you to cover all your everyday needs.
The breakfast is quite meager, but literally around the corner on the next street you can find good cafes where you can have a great breakfast for a reasonable price and a supermarket where you can buy ready-made food.
Immediately to the right of the exit from the hotel is the entrance to a beautiful park, from where wonderful views of the mountains open.
The staff is responsive and helps to solve all problems.
The only drawback is the noise from the air conditioning systems coming from the yard at night.
