Habitat Aparthotel by Totalstay

Located in the CBD. Well surrounded by eateries, banks, shops and the morning market behind the hotel. Room was clean and equipped with kettle, microwave, cooking utensils etc. The kettle was dirty so I took it back to the reception and they changed it for me. Breakfast was standard , you had 3 choices of breakfast set ( not buffet ). Easy walking distance to City Sightseeing, Bo Kaap ( about 15 mins walk ), morning market and souvenir areas. Easy access by Uber to Waterfront and Table Mountain. Overall a pleasant stay.

The hotel is located in a building with good security control. The front desk staff are very friendly. Room is clean and well equipped. It is a very pleasant stay fo me.

It was a great experience. Felt safe from the moment I arrived and throughout my stay. The room was clean and beautiful. It was looked after well by the cleaners. The lady at the reception was amazing, very friendly and helpful! She made the whole experience even better

Big and clean apartment with everything. Strong wifi. Fast checkin and checkout. It is in city center near gardens and beautiful streets such as long street and bree street. Supermarket nearby. No noise during the night. Very safe as there are security guards at the entrance. Strategic location to visit Cape Town. I staied several days and i would come back.

Your staff member Abdul should get a raise. I booked a room with a balconyfor a specific and special reason, then got told it was double booked with non-chalance. He went out of his way to make out stay special. The hotel itself is in a gorgeous area, clean, neat and has a lot to offer. Maybe get Abdul to train all your service employees to be customer oriented. Thank you Abdul, for giving this company everything! May God bless you in abundance

Lovely hotel. The room is small but clean and safe. They stored my bags for hours and they were safe. I would definitely stay here again. The kitchen is also very convenient

Room is clean, slightly smaller than seen in photos but still manageable for 2 pax. Walls are thin so you might hear conversations clear that are along the corridor. Location is pretty good and centralized.

Price and facility are reasonble, at a very good location. But there is no hair dryer inside the room. You need to go to reception to get one.
