Check-in -10Fri :Checkout 11Sat I thoroughly enjoy the balcony and views Receptionist,was good, but while we had a briefing by the night receptionist,a lady barge in on the desk and demanded to wifi password cause she have booked a Uber and now have not have internet,and she is unaware of where the Uber is currently,she was superior rude Night receptionist was so apologetic to us, which I accepted,but he should have never allowed that behaviour from that lady. Rooms look superb, how when I open the refrigerator, I saw a cockroach......in the fridge door. The shower water was also cold, after a long day ,I was longing a warm shower or bath, I am very disappointed in this. 1st bath tap water that came out of tap, was super dirty,you will have run it like 6-7minutes Apart Hotel, please look at your house keeping strategy and improve. Bedding,no additional blankets of duvets are provided, you need to request from the front desk. And we are in the middle of winter ❄️

location is excellent and close to supermarket, room is clear and nice with enough cooking equipments, especially wine glasses, you may need to prepare facial tissues if you need, i also appreciated that 2 sockets with USB power support

A huge aparthotel with a balcony and situated in a nice location near many eateries. It had everything we needed to be comfortable and the price was affordable. Highly recommend.

Nice hotel, good location, very helpfull staff. Unfortunately, the pool was under reconstruction and we weren't informed in advance. That was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel, so we were quite disappointed.

Hotel was in good location. Room was clean. Comes with washing machine and a dryer. Free basement carpark. Great!

Location is good to enjoy Cape Town and very safe I side have one Turkish and Japanese restaurant

Good location, huge rooms, good service.

The environment was well kept. The location was exceptional, and the amenities are okay. Except for the mandatory R1000 security deposit, which must be paid with a card, Xenia is one place to visit.
