Old Bank Hotel - Lion Roars Hotels & Lodges

The staff and cleanliness

Excellent large, spacious room with everything you need. Wonderful and delicious breakfast. On the downside, parking on the street next to the hotel is paid.

Everything was great, clean, cozy, excellent location, and lovely staff.

The staff were very helpful and polite. The room is huge and comfortable. The location is very touristy but requires a bit of caution in the surroundings, as it can be a little dangerous. However, it's a very central and important spot for many activities. My only reservation is about the breakfast; it could be better. A suggestion is that guests should be able to serve themselves drinks (coffee, etc.), waiting for the staff isn't ideal and delays breakfast. Having a variety of cold cuts is another important point. Although it's very similar to an English breakfast, it's worth noting that guests from all over the world visit the place. I remain satisfied with my stay.

A new and very modern hotel. The rooms are clean, the breakfasts are delicious. I recommend it.

The booking clearly stated check-in was at 2:00 PM, but when I arrived around 4:00 PM, they said the room wasn't finished cleaning yet and asked me to wait an hour. An hour later, they came back and said it still wasn't done. I was speechless. Finally, after about half an hour, I checked in. Because I complained to Ctrip, the hotel sent me a bottle of white wine as an apology. Also, be aware that this hotel has an absolutely terrifying number of mosquitoes.
