The hotel's location right next to the convention center made attending the exhibition incredibly convenient. Although the room was small, it was surprisingly clean and modern, exceeding my expectations, and felt very secure. Upon arrival, the staff proactively helped with my luggage. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and I loved the ocean port view. I'd definitely stay here again.

Pros: The hotel is visible from everywhere. There's a 24/7 coffee machine on each floor offering delicious coffee in large mugs, along with hot water for tea. It's beautiful, and the breakfast area boasts great views in three directions. Cons: No mini-fridge. No hooks in the shower – even if you hang something, it'll get splashed. The shower door is translucent, so you can see a silhouette (not ideal when traveling with your mom). The toilet doesn't lock, and a silhouette is also visible from outside. There's no space to lay out two suitcases. The TV is hung too low; you bump into it when walking by. They provide shampoo, instant coffee, black tea, shower gel, and lotion. The pool is narrow: one heated, the other not. Breakfast is standard. Overall, I only have pleasant memories and don't regret my stay.

Our original room wasn't available, so we extended our stay in a standard room. Everything at the hotel was great, except for the room size, which was a bit small.

Hotel room maids are not secure! , i forgot my personal items after i checked out and called to the hotel immediately to pick up my forgotten items but unfortunately they said it is not any more there !! Had bad feeling ! Will not stay anymore.

The location is great (CBD). The views (sea and mountains) is great from this hotel. My hotel room is really pleasant and the mountains view is spectacular. Have problem with reservation during check in but the front desk handled it very well. I will come to this hotel again.

Room is small, furniture dated . Its right across convention center so if you are on a budget its ok. Century city is s nicer location with better hotels

Room is clean with great view overlooking table top mountain. Room is spacious, quiet and clean. The room does not have kettle but have coffee machine at each end at the corridor. If you need to have hot water, u will need to go out and switch on the coffee machine for hot water. Breakfast buffet are the same everyday, but enough variety for short stay. Location is beside CITCC which is great if you have business there.

Excellent location just next to CTICC. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was a bit small for 2 people but I found it was fine for just me alone. The breakfast at 25/F was served with the stunning panoramic view of Cape Town.

Great hotel in a perfect location for my meeting. My room.was quite quirky with the bed up some stairs but I liked this. Loved the cafe bar in the lobby.

A bit disappointed that there was no daily complimentary water especially for a hotel of this rating and price. When we asked about it, we were told we could buy water at the bar. Baggage storage was good. Check in is too late (after 3:00pm), and check out is before 10:00am (not even close to a 20 hour stay). Not worth the price we paid for these hours. Most global hotels have check out at 12.00pm and you could request a late check out. Our flight was at 8:00pm. Beds too narrow and also the gap between beds and wall / big screen TV is too narrow
