The Rooftop with its splash pool has excellent views of Table Mountain with stunning city views of the Town hall and the Boland Mountain range on the Horizon.
The boutique hotel has stunning old charm wooden parquet floors dating back to the 19th century and was the head office of the multinational American Swiss jewelry company in the late 1900 ‘s.
The building has a rich heritage with diamond safes still visible in the property.
The rooms are beautiful and modernly equipped with a 52Inch flat screen TV, Aircon, Coffee station and free wi-fi.
Superior rooms are available with kitchenettes and corner baths with showers for the standard rooms.
The entire building is surrounded by historic buildings.

A very friendly welcome at this hotel. Room a good size but rather dated. The noise from outside was not too bad. The noise from other guests in the corridor outside the bedroom at 3am just awful.

I would have rated this hotel much higher if I had gotten the room I paid for. I paid for a Royal Room and that is NOT what I got. Very disappointed. I left a note for the manager when I left but so far no luck on getting the difference in money back. Never heard from manager. Otherwise the hotel is fine. The guy running the rooftop area was great. Don’t order the sushi though. They get it from down the street and it is not good. I would have rated this place higher if I had gotten the room I paid for.

I have traveled to Cape Town for almost 10 years for business and for some reason I have missed this hidden gem. The hotel is located centrally and in walking distance of many great restaurants. There are quite a few security guards that patrol outside the hotel. Now about the hotel itself. The staff are some of the most friendly and professional I have come across in my travels around the world. They have been most helpful and very attentive to the needs of their customers. The rooms are very clean and the beds quite comfortable. The great thing is that the rooms have A/C and the option to open the windows for some fresh air. Every morning the house cleaning lady brings two complimentary bottles of mineral water. There is also a small refrigerator in the rooms and always a good supply of coffee, and tea. They only serve breakfast, however if you want to have a business meeting it is a perfect place to meet as the dining room is usually empty during the day. The only issue which is normal for most hotels located in the city is some noise especially if there are people shouting. My solution was using White Noise on the phone. Overall this has been one of my favorite stays in Cape Town and will now become go-to when in the country.

Staff was incredible and the rooms was lovely . The view from the rooftop bar is incredible and Sam the bar manager is has exceptional vibes and customer service . I stayed here for 2 weeks and I left with a family , home and a couple pounds heavier from the great food

Central to all activities. Friendly and helpful staff. Facilities are neat amd clean. Comfortable bed. Secure Parking next to the hotel is an added bonus

Takava nenguva yakanaka pahotel iyi takagara ipapo for atleast a day it was generally clean and it’s very quiet i can’t complain at a
