The hotel is great, very natural and peaceful, but the safari game drive just 5/10.

The most amazing stay! Aquila is a giant safari reserve and your stay is situated within the reserve. Excellent full board service so you only have to pay for your own drinks. The facilities and scenery are next to none. Amazing views and great accommodation. Situated in the middle of nowhere you are surrounded by wildlife and the ultimate stargazing opportunity. This stay is a must! I won’t post any pictures of the animals as I don’t want to spoil it for all future travellers.

It was nice hotel and very good safari games for first time. Food was ok, but bakery could be better, also it’s very strange that soft drinks are not included even water of box juiced. I have booked quite expensive room, and hoped that my children could use indoor pool, however they were not allowed to use it as there is restrictions for children under 16 years old. It was big frustration and most important for us was this pool.

It was a very good experience; the hotel stay included three meals and 2 game drives.

Safari experiences nearby Cape town, only about 2 houra drive. The room is spacious, but a little old

Very great place to have a touristic and family friend safari experience. Lots of families with kids, but there’s also the SPA with separate pool and areas for 16+.

The view of the room is just Perfect! The staff is so helpful as well, they kindly help us carry the luggage to our rooms without us asking for help. The safari drive is also wonderful. Thank you for everything

Zero level of hygiene zero level of service , outdated rooms

It was a lovely experience with friendly staff.

The value for money is extremely poor. If you're looking for mass tourism, staged safaris, and little privacy, this is the place for you. The food is absolutely mass-produced. Just looking at it is enough to put you off eating. Everything costs extra. We didn't have any water in our room and when we asked for some, we were immediately asked to pay. The safaris are packed with large buses (not small jeeps like you'd expect on a stylish game drive), and the animals are deliberately fed so they're in the right place at the right time for the many buses. And all this for the price! Very disappointing.

About 2 hours from Cape Town. At first it seemed a bit massive because there are also many day tourists. But you quickly get (certainly in the morning and evening) a more intimate feeling. The park is not too big so with the game drives you almost certainly see most of the animals. There are lions but no leopards, so not the entire Big 5. Great spa, treatments are excellent. The food is buffet style and therefore not the best we have had in South Africa but just good. We also did a quad safari. You have to pay extra for that but it was more than worth it. What a great experience to drive in the middle of nature between the animals.

Питание отличное, сафари интересное, есть минус в номере не было горячей воды чтобы умыться. Жили в номере 212) Умываться холодной водой перед утренним сафари так себе, особенно когда утром на улицу 6 градусов. Персонал прекрасный. В бассейне вода не подогревается. В спа не ходили .
