The reception staff were friendly. I received recommendations for nearby restaurants and attractions, and the breakfast was excellent. The room condition was good, but one drawback was that the soundproofing wasn't very good. It wasn't bothersome enough to be a problem, so I had no trouble resting.

Facilities: Water leaks, which turns into a water curtain hole after taking a shower, spreading from the toilet to under the bed. The next morning it was still full of water, showing the leakage! First, I was put into a room that had serious glitches. Shortly after checking in, I discovered a water leak in the room, which not only affected my stay but also caused damage to my personal belongings. What's even more shocking is that when the service staff helped me report this issue to the hotel management, I got a very blunt response. Not only did management fail to proactively resolve the issue, they refused to provide me with any form of compensation for the damage caused by the leak. I have reason to suspect that this unfair treatment is motivated by racial discrimination. While I hope this speculation is wrong, the way the hotel management treated me and handled the situation makes me doubt it. Maybe they all deliberately left the faulty rooms to us... Service: Friendly service staff Environment: Relatively good Health: a little dirty

The staff was very attentive and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with everything freshly prepared. The outdoor area was also a highlight — a lovely garden that made the atmosphere even more special

It was a very nice experience to stay at the Hotel Villa Pergola. The Hotel stuff was very willing to help, very friendly and gave us valuable insider Information about the Island Capri. The room was very clean and has nice typical furniture. The breakfast was very good, a lot to choose. We would love to return!
