"Service: The staff are super friendly.
Hygiene: Depends on your tolerance. If you're used to hostels, it might be okay. For those not accustomed to such places, it could be a disaster. Seems like there are long-term residents.
*Didn't see any bed bugs or anything like that.*
Facilities: The biggest highlight is that the capsule can be locked with a card, but it only has a USB port. If you need a locker, the staff can help you set it up.
Environment: For this price and location, it's top-notch.
After using the bathroom, please leave the door open. It's confusing to know if someone's inside when the light is on and the door is closed."

"This place is perfect for younger travelers. The customer service was incredibly helpful and always responded to emails promptly.
Cleanliness: Excellent. Everything was very tidy, and the bedding was spotlessly clean.
Facilities: It covers all the essential needs. At this price point, it truly offers outstanding value for money."

"The room and bathroom are small, which matches the price. The best part is the great location near the MTR and the easy self check-in/out.
However, cleanliness was a problem—one bed looked dirty, and the other had hair on the pillow. I used my T-shirt as a pillow cover. The towel smelled musty, so bring your own.The power outlet next to my bed made strange electrical noises, so I didn’t dare use it.
Lastly, the room isn’t soundproof—you can hear music and conversations from the neighboring buildings until after 1 a.m. on both nights I stayed. Overall, it wasn’t a pleasant stay for me."

"Thought we thought we would be in a lockable capsule and we were not! The place was as expected - sharing with lots of people - the pods were nice however the electricity was slightly off and every time you plugged something in the lights would flicker. Amazing location and the bathroom provided toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo ect and even makeup remover - however there were only hand towels provided not bath towels."

"This might be my top place in Hong Kong right now. The kiosk at the entrance works perfectly even at 2 in the morning. Check-in was easy (just make sure you put the name correctly). And it has an automatic locker for everyone. I just wished the shower was separated from the toilet a little bit more."

"You get what you paid for. Location was good, few mins walk to the metro. The room size was as stated in the picture only concern was the condition of the room, a few stains on the bedsheets & towel, the wifi wasn’t working even though it was a full bar and somehow the keycard given was able to access other rooms so that was concerning but other than that everything else was okay."
