"This was my first time experiencing a hostel in Japan, and I was incredibly impressed. The staff were friendly, the facilities were comprehensive and clean, and there was an abundant supply of snacks and tea bags. They even have an artificial onsen you can use. There's a large shopping mall right across the street, and it's very close to the bus stop, though the subway is about a ten to fifteen-minute walk away. The only minor drawbacks were the small bedside locker, which wasn't very convenient for storing belongings. Larger luggage had to be left near the entrance or by the bed, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, the duvet was quite thin, and I woke up cold at night. If you need an extra blanket, remember to grab one in advance."

"Fab capsule hotel! The only thing that I would change is how loud the blinds are but that was only a minor issue. The bathroom even had two rooms that were fully equipped with baths! I’ve never seen that in a hostel before. Great location, everything was spotless, the staff were lovely, overall 10/10. Thank you!"

"No matter how many times I visit Kyoto, I always highly recommend this capsule hotel. Staying in Kawaramachi is incredibly convenient; you can walk or take the Keihan train to many attractions. The facilities here are top-notch, truly one of the best capsule hotels. They offer a wide variety of free beverages, and a hot matcha every day is a must!"

"I didn't have high expectations when staying in a capsule hotel. But this particular capsule hotel surprised me. The capsule is spacious and easy to get into. Everything inside is equipped like a luxury train: water, daily bed linens, a phone shelf, light switches, an alarm clock, a TV, hooks, and an electrical outlet. There's a bathhouse on the sixth floor and two floors above. I went every day and thoroughly enjoyed it. The all-inclusive package is fantastic: you only bring yourself to the bathhouse, and everything else is provided, including disposable shaving kit. The hotel also provides pajamas for you to wear while inside the hotel. The buffet breakfasts are delicious, kaiseki-style. The excellent location in the Gion district is also worth mentioning. Everything is within walking distance, or transportation is nearby. The Geisha Theater is around the corner. A few minor downsides: the capsule only has a Japanese-style outlet, and the large EU adapter won't fit. Tourist tax isn't included. But this doesn't detract from the overall experience. I was delighted. Thank you! I highly recommend it and will definitely stay there again."

A 1,000 yen fee will be charged for every 45 minutes past the check-in time. Accommodation: Overall, it was very nice and clean, with adequate bathroom facilities. Morning and evening showers can be a bit noisy, but earplugs are provided. Staff: Very welcoming, everyone's name is written on the blackboard, and facilities are explained thoroughly, along with information cards. Transportation: The subway station is about a 10-minute bus ride away."
