"I'm a Japanese guest who stayed on July 13th, 2026. The owner, or perhaps the man at the front desk, was very helpful and assisted me in English. The first floor is a cafe, so there isn't really a common area for guests to relax in, as it's used by regular customers. The shower is inside the room (separated by a door). The sink is also in the room, so there's a possibility of noise if your roommates come back late. I wore earplugs and fell asleep quickly, so it didn't bother me much. Shampoo and conditioner were provided, but the dispenser on the left was broken and unusable. I'm not sure if the middle one worked; I was too lazy to check and just washed my hair with water. However, it was very clean. There were no strange smells or insects. The air conditioning was on full blast, which was a bit of a downside as it got quite cold. I couldn't find the remote control. There was no duvet, just a single sheet. You'd need to wear extra clothes to stay warm. Despite that, the location is excellent. It's not tucked away in an alley but on a bright street, with plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Toothbrushes and bottled water were also provided! Overall, I'd say it's a good hostel for its 2000 yen price point. The Wi-Fi was incredibly fast. Whether your stay here is comfortable or not really depends on your roommates."

"This is a great hostel and it was a relaxing spot to wrap up a memorable trip in Northern Vietnam. It was an easy 10 minute walk from the Hanoi Train Station after returning from Ninh Binh. The mattress was soft and space was very clean. The 4th floor common space was a great spot to read/work/relax. The staff were very kind and helpful. I look forward to coming back here."

The staff were friendly, and the check-in process was quick and easy. They support hourly stays, which is flexible for transit needs. The amenities were complete, including slippers and a storage area, and even large luggage could be stored properly. The only downsides were the lack of clear signage, making it a bit tricky to find at first, and the need to use public restrooms. Overall, it perfectly solved the problem of needing to rest during a late-night airport stay and helped alleviate travel fatigue. Highly recommended for transit passengers."

"The bed is nice. but the toilets are dirty, wet and limited cuz there were many ppl using at the same time. The receptionist is nice but we booked one bed in 4 beds room and he gave us in 12 beds room instead. I was shocked when stepped inside and required to change it. But they said 4-bed room is already fulled and we needed to accept transfer to 8-bed room which is still many people and the smell is not nice."

"I booked this hotel because I had some time before my next flight after arriving in Hanoi. The staff at check-in were very polite and explained everything about the room in detail. The staff at check-out were also friendly and pleasant, even though it was a different person. It was a great help that they stored my suitcase after check-out, as I had about 6 hours until my next transfer. The room is compact, but perfectly adequate if you're just sleeping alone. The location on the second floor of the airport is incredibly convenient. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for those with layovers or early morning/late night flights!"

"The hostel is located right on the street where the night market opens. Our room was dirty (mostly guys lived there), but after I requested it, the room was cleaned. Common areas are cleaned daily. There's no hand soap in the toilet next to the sink, but it is available in the shower (not very convenient when all shower stalls are occupied, as you can't get hand soap after using the toilet). There's no elevator in the hostel, but there's a spiral staircase, and they help carry luggage up. There's a laundry room on the ground floor."
