Baño muy antiguo e inseguro, sin asidero en bañera, con alto riesgo de resbalar; sin toalleros para colgar las toallas, azulejos hinchados, ropa de cama muy desgastada....precisa una renovación ya!

Lo único que podemos destacar positivo es la amabilidad, simpatía y atención de los recepcionistas y la ubicación. El Estado del baño de la habitación es lamentable, no tiene donde colgar las toallas, no tiene donde apoyar el teléfonillo de la ducha, el wc se mueve y no tiene botón para tirar de la cisterna, la cisterna echando agua. El bider sin agua. Al ser una planta baja no hemos podido abrir la ventana porque daba a la calle y te ve todo el mundo. La cama la pedimos de matrimonio y nos han puesto dos individuales juntas.

Quiero opinar sobre la calidad del servicio en hotel felipe, es la primera vez que viajo por estos rumbos, y debo decir que recibí una excelente atención por parte del personal del hotel, y disfrute de la buena comida que sirven en su restaurante, gracias por hacer tan amena mi estancia, espero regresar pronto.
