Phantastic place right below the walls of Carcassonne. Everything was impecably clean - exactly as described. The photos shown by trip-advisor absolutely reflect reality. We had an excellent two day stay in the absolute proximity of the old town. The personnel as extremely helpful and also the late check-in worked perfectly! For those arriving by car: we had no problems finding a parking place in the vicinity of the hotel, but we staeyed also in the late season beginning September.

This hotel had loads of space in the apartment and the reception member was very helpful on arrival. It is a 5 minute walk from Cité médiévale and about 20 minutes from the lower city. I stayed in a single room apartment and it had a double bed and a double sofabed, as well as all the utensils and equipment for cooking your own meals.

Quite a normal place to visit the city. Spacious and clean. A bit far from the city center and train station, but close to the castle. In general, the kitchen has everything, but not enough. Surprisingly, there is a note that if dirty dishes are left there is a 25 euro fine - with this dishwashing detergent, salt, oil, tea for free - there is nothing. The room has a bathroom - it's cool. And the apar**ent complex has its own courtyard. There is nothing around, not even a store.

It's a little far from the station, but there's a hotel just a few minutes walk away, so I think it's in a good location. The size and cleanliness of the room were unbelievably good considering the low price. They were very patient with my poor French.

Reservation and payment were made in advance, and check-in was only at 3pm. However, when I arrived the reception was locked and there was absolutely no one to hand over the room key. I waited outside for some time, alongside other guests who were unable to enter. At one point, a couple of guests arrived who had obtained the codes to access the hotel and where the keys were. I was lucky that I was there when it happened, because I called the hotel and no one answered. I did not receive this entry code, even though the hotel had my email and telephone number. In addition to this horrible situation, to be able to enter the hotel, you need to purchase a kit to clean the kitchen at reception. The shower in the bathroom worked more or less and the cleaning was not 100% good. The only advantage I saw in staying at this hotel was the location.

The location is quite good, about 5 minutes from the castle. The hotel service is very good. Although there is a check-in time, after contacting us, we can check in at midnight. We will check in again next time.

The hotel apar**ent is about 600 meters from the west gate of the castle. The fastest way is to take bus No. 3 (1 Euro), and the station is right in front of the hotel! The apar**ent has a kitchen, living room, etc., and you can cook for yourself. Very clean and tidy! The only downside is that there are no restaurants and supermarkets around. It’s better to bring semi-finished food when you check in, so as to make full use of resources? In addition, I would like to remind you that the hotel's breakfast is extremely cost-effective, 11 euros per person, no meat, no eggs, no fruits!

The room is clean, comfortable, safe and suitable for a family. The location is a bit biased. It is not convenient to walk from the train station. If you travel by car, it should be a good choice. The price for breakfast is average.

Very nice apar**ents but some paintings need to be reviewed as well as the shower joints which are in a bad state and spoil the view of the bathroom

Simple hotel, practical, because the surface is like an apar**ent, you can cook. Breakfast is strictly a minimum, there is no staff and reception... quiet place,

The only good thing about this hotel is that it is a super close walk into the Carcassonne wall. When we checked in, the lady at the counter was not very nice. We had three rooms in this hotel, and one of the rooms wreeked of cigarette smoke. I went to the counter to complain, and she reluctantly gave me another room and kept asking if I used the bathroom in the room that smells like cigarette. The air conditioning did not work in all three of the rooms and I went down to discuss it and she told me some BS story that they all had to be on at the same time to work, and that it was cool enough outside and just open the window. The windows have no screens so bugs come flying in at night with a light, but it was so sweltering in the room that I had to go buy a fan and leave the windows open all night and listen to the loud cars drive by and bugs flying i’ll my room. there were stains in the ceiling and mold in the bathroom. The mattresses were sitting on low pedestals which were almost on the floor. The shower and room were dingy and there was almost no water pressure. The mattress just had a flat sheet laying over the top of it and no top sheet. A good attitude goes a long way and the receptionists attitude fell super short. If I had it to do all over again, I would not have stayed here.
