Excellent hotel location, safe for families, lots of restaurants and cafes close by. The service desk was cordial, there was no ice available on our floor and no fridge in the room but in a hot 2026 summer we should expect better. Would stay here again but would love for a fridge or ice machine in the common area.

Toilet area smelt of urine. Needs extra mopping on floor. One lift not working the other very slow. Not ideal when you're on the 6th floor and the staff do not swipe the key cards effectively and we had to walk up and down six floors to get them reswiped. We had water and fruit previously but only booked standard room.

The room was spacious and the hotel has free parking. There was a bath which is a welcome addition. The hotel is a little dated and in need of tlc. It can be noisy and the sound proofing in the room isn't great.

I stayed for work and it was a comfortable stay for me. Everything was neat and clean. The area had a lot of construction going on so expect a not so nice views. You get free parking so it's a plus.

Didn’t have any cause to use reception other than check in and out. Staff were friendly and explained times for breakfast and check out.  No fridge in room and no ice machine available even though advertised in the rooms and on entrance to lifts.  Other than this would recommend.

Everything was good , only issue we had was the room was very warm and the a/c in the room did nothing even on the lowest setting

Room was spacious and clean. Didn’t eat there. Hotel was in the middle of a very large car park which was in the process o being developed so the immediate environment was not attractive.
