The hotel is in a really good area, near the main shopping mall, there you can find all the necessary items and places to eat. The room was spacious and with a double bed. All amenities are in a well working condition. Breakfast wasn't included, but due to technical issues, I couldn't pay for my breakfast. The Maggie at the reception sorted the issue very promptly, professionally and polite. The food was good, and the girls at the breakfast worked so hard. In general, I liked the stay.

I paid £25 for valet parking when checked in hotel on June 4 but the hotel didn’t pay parking charge at parking lot so I had received another penalty parking charge from BPA on June 7

Stayed for one night. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fully stocked with variety of food and beverages.

Rooms are comfortable and staff welcoming. It’s with in walking distance for all on the main shops pubs restaurants and clubs.

The room was generally clean and tidy although it was very noisy overnight due to its location, the beds were comfortable enough, an extra pillow would have been nice.
Location was great for my trip, but the condition of the bathroom was a bit on the shabby side. The bottom of the bathroom door frame and the actual door were rotting and had been for quite a while
