Staff were amazing!! Can’t thank them enough for guiding us along this trip.
Sadly the room was not up to standard,
Really disappointed with the bathroom, silverfish in the sink and bath, shower was unusable due to clogged trains, beds were clean. Room included iron and board alongside other little amenities.
General hygiene of the hotel was great, downstairs was beautiful, although we didn’t eat/ drink from the bar and restaurant it did look very nice.
View was beautiful but would’ve been nicer if the windows were clean and hairless.

Could not recommend enough!! I travelled with two young children and was instantly welcomed and cared for by all the hotel staff. We felt so relaxed and comfortable through out our stay! I highly recommend!

Wonderful one night stay with Children
Me and 2 children age 3 and 7 had a fabulous stay. Staff were so kind and generous they even gave the children bread for the birds on the lake
.I would definitely recommend the hotel and give a 100 % score to all the staff . Thank you

Great hotel

Deceiving costs and lack of care.
No leisure club facilities available, was informed on the booking page and the hotel would not refund us. Also they wanted £50 deposit on arrival which again we weren't aware of and have not been refunded so far for this. Nosey bikes and cars reving outside late at night. Food prices expensive.
