Ugly and dirty I’m not coming back in there

Had a rez for my family of 5 to attend a soccer tournament. I called the hotel on Fri to let them know that although we weren't going to be able to arrive on the first night that I didn't want to lose the reservation and I understood that I would still have to pay for night 1. They said it was OK only to find out on Sat that I was recorded as a no-show and my room was no longer available. I showed the manager the call log and she apologized. Only room left was a single Queen which wouldn't work for my family. Ended up having to drive back home b/c all hotels were booked up due to the tournament. Happy ******* took care of me and got me a full refund.

The place smell has a weird smell like cigarette smoke.. the restroom is outdated the tub and the toilet have stains .. breakfast can be better

Freeway too loud during the sleeping hours. Requested to be move but wasn't move to another room. Staff wasnt helpful.

I found my stay more than satisfactory for me or a family. Close to the activities in Carlsbad Village, yet a fair price.

We stayed here to go to the street fair. The room was really good but there was a very bad smell in the hallway the whole time, luckily not in the room. Front desk people were great, very friendly. Free parking and a big lot, no trouble finding parking. There were a few sketchy people hanging around the lobby.

The staff stood out the most very helpful. The room were very clean as the hallways and staircases .

Very friendly vibe at hotel and excellent walkable location to downtown Carlsbad Had to request basic cutlery, plates etc for kitchenette but staff was happy to accommodate.
