Le lieu est proche de la plage et donne sur la mer (mais parking mobile home juste devant. L’hôtel est bien équipé avec piscine chauffée, spa et salle de fitness. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie est de très bonne qualité. Seul bémol qui a gâché la fin du séjour, le petit déjeuner compris n’a pas été honoré, et nous avons attendu plus de 45 minutes que le manager nous reçoive. Sans retour , nous sommes partis déjeuner ailleurs, et c’est seulement Los du check out qu’il nous a reçu. Le parking est payant 40 dollars pour 24h00.

Excellent room, friendly & helpful staff, great restaurant, short walk to the beach. Very family friendly. Loved spending time by the pool. Wish I could have stayed longer!

Great views and location. Very good food and nice pool and amenities. Rooms decor was mundane but they were clean. Bathrooms were nice but our shower did not work.

We pre paid and when I got tp the hotel they charged us 35 per night for a resort fee. That would have been nice to know as I would not have stayed there/ Also there is an RV park in front of the hotel before you get to the beach. Not shown in Amy pictures. Very disappointed ins our over all stay and will not use ******* again.. total bs

The staff was wonderful, location was fantastic, food was great....I would give a 5 star if the AC worked in the room. Couldn't get the temp to go down below 73* Had to leave door open took a whole day for it to cool down.

Let me say that this is supposed to be celebrating 28th wedding anniversary. First night after coming back from dinner... we wanted to relax but unfortunately we could not open the screen door to our balcony. They wanted to have maintenance come in & fix it.... really? Its late at night and we wanted to relax. So they moved us to the empty room next door. We got settled in... everything seemed fine until we noticed that the AC was not working. Had to open the sliding door to get some cool breeze but couldn't leave it open cause we were on the first floor and open to the street. Again, they moved us to another room. Got there... the room was pleasant. We finally got to rest a little bit. Got breakfast, walked along the beach then got ready for our couples massage. After our massage got back to our room & I swear... the room smelled like rotten eggs. It was coming from the ac unit. We were livid at this time. Had their maintenance guy come up & said there was a smell so they had to move us again!!! At this point we were just like... let's get dinner & sleep it off. This was not the romantic getaway we were expecting to have... moving from room to room. We moved 4 times. We were not satisfied with the services provided to us at all. All I have to say... Cape Rey please do better.
