#Recommendations for B&Bs in Carmel Town# L'Auberge in Camel Town Full of American country style This is a 95-year-old house that has been renovated All the furniture is full of age It feels like living in a loft when I was a kid Breakfast is also a lot of homemade stuff But this expensive B&B doesn't have air conditioning!!! On a suddenly hot night in Northern California, I can only use a fan [covering my face]

Beautiful property. Like going to Europe without actually being there. Centrally located within walking distances of everything you’d want to see, visit or go eat at in Carmel. Of course, you have a Michelin star experience at the hotel as well in their restaurant. The attention to detail all around, including the staff and service, was impeccable

There were stains on the upholstered furniture, gnats in our room and the dining room. Also coffee was available in our room but tea was not.

This is a very charming hotel in the heart of beautiful Carmel by the Sea. A wonderful experience with a fantastic dinner. The staff was very accommodating.

We liked the property, the staff and service were great. Did not care for how thin the walls are - we could hear the people above us stomping around and our room was on the street - lots of early morning street noise.

They think of everything. You check in and they take your bags, park your car and that’s all you have to think about until you fill in your breakfast order that night. Lovely courtyard dining and a 2 Michelin star restaurant on site. It was a lovely break we sorely needed.
