Fully Remodeled condo a few steps to beach Free parking WiFi

Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay. The space was absolutely beautiful, cozy, and incredibly well maintained. It felt like a home away from home. We really appreciated all the small details and the effort put into making guests feel comfortable. Highly recommend, looking forward to coming back!

I like that it had lots of security including 24 hour gate security. We were close to everything we needed. Parking was simple. A little difficult figuring out how to get in but once I was in it was easy. The stay was great for the price and very peaceful.

We had a wonderful stay in the San Juan area! The place was very clean and in a fantastic location—just steps from the beach and close to so many great restaurants. Everything was exactly as described and made our trip easy and relaxing. Alice was an amazing host and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Great communication, east walk to the beach and restauranta. Also easy walk to pharmacy or supermarket.

Everything is as shown in the photos. Hosts are very responsive. Close to everything. The beach is a bit of a walk but it’s not terrible. This was our 2nd time staying with this host.

Okay Good host. Building water & electricity went out, but nothing the host can do about that. They checked in during the stay via messages to make sure all was good and returned and communication in a timely manner. The building itself isn’t the greatest & the water for the shower takes time to get adjusted to. In addition, the floors weren’t the cleanest in the room and felt dirty when we got there. All in all, good host.
