This hotel had great rooms! They were large with very comfortable beds. The had very accommodating staff and the location was great. Wonderful free full breakfast and easy parking

Clean hotel. The staff are all very friendly and hospitable. Great location, a few blocks to the beach. Lots of souvenir shops and restaurants within walking distance. 2-3 blocks to the beach. Breakfast was great, the pool was great. No complaints with my stay.

The complimentary breakfast was excellent, good variety, staff maintained the cleanliness constantly, delicious coffees. Rooms were very spacious, comfortable and well situated. Bed was great.

It is close to shopping, transportation, restaurants and overall safe neighborhood. The beach is about a 2 block walk. Its an overall great hotel for the money and ive stayed in many hotels in the area.

Didn’t like that property staff and manager were not flexible at all for late checkout,only gave me till 12.30 ,was asking at least till 1 even that I AM HILTON HONNERS MEMBER where one of the benefits is late check out,on the other hand I paid full whole night checking in after midnight and they know that but still they were not helpful at all,beach not 3 minutes as they say and is not on ocean view as I expected,basically no views from any room.

We had a King Suite which was clean spacious and comfortable. Valerina (SP?)
greeted us warmly and patiently answered our questions. The resort fee is $40/day, parking is $16/day plus taxes. They have an outdoor pool plus hot tub. There is noise when outside from the airport runway next door but we did not hear any noise in our room. The happy hour from 5-7pm included free drinks and a light snack: rotating between popcorn, chips, tortilla chips and mixed nuts. The free breakfast is wonderful with many hold and cold choices. There are several attendants who keep the area clean and well-stocked. There are several local restaurants within walking distance plus a Chilis, if you prefer chains. Ubers provide reasonable transportation around town. The beach is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The only negative is the flock of pigeons who descend on you during happy hour, but I don't know how that can be controlled. We enjoyed our stay.

An accessible location on a main street in the Isla Verde sector of San Juan. The employees are amiable. The breakfast was excellent.
