The showers had mold, the rooms really dirty . Found roaches in the bathroom We book 3 rooms through ******* for the entire family . One of the barhrooms without door.

There was a lot of hitting fees if one is not prepared it could make your stay difficult. Feel like staff didn't handle it well.
Also there was a wedding that didn't ended until way after 12am and the base of the music was heard all over my room

Air conditioning was poor, some updating needed and patio needed cleaning and painting. On site restaurants were good and reasonable. Employees were friendly and helpful.

We stayed here for one night after flying into San Juan, before heading out to Fajardo for the remainder of our trip. Grateful it was only one night! The room was tiny, not very clean, and the balcony was a joke. It was a dirty rooftop-like space with zero furniture, covered in bird crap, overlooking the highway. The surrounding area was dirty too and surrounded by sketchy bars and shops. Couldn’t wait to get out of there!!

Staff was rude.property is overrated and overly expensive.rooms were small. ******* said free parking and breakfast and TRYP did not honor that. im not using ******* or tryp ever again

Staff was very attentive and the food at this location was great! The location was also great, a one minute walk to the beach and amazing local eateries, bars, etc. Loved it!

The hotels entrance is a beautiful area. We were upgraded to a VIP room which I much appreciated BUT to be honest my bathroom was very very small for it to be 4 of us in that room. We were also in a room with only lighting options in the bathroom, inside the closet and pretty much the tiny little lamps next to our bed. That was sort of annoying it was too dark in there, hard to get ready towards night and pretty dark once we got back from going out. Staff was very nice when it came to front desk ladies, security guard, the young man and woman working at the Gastrobar. It felt like the towels weren’t well washed they sort of stinked just a bit, and the area our room was around but also the room itself just smelt very like dusty sort of. Very close commute by Uber to clubs/concert venue, popular restaurant and more!
