The room was amazing and the landscape and feel of the hotel was fantastic. We stayed three days to attend a wedding which was hosted at the hotel. The breakfast was varied, delicious and enough. We had other family/friends state that they had asked the staff to do things for them but they were always saying no but we didn’t experience this. The things we requested for we got and the staff did a great job in our opinion. Catering and hosting of the wedding was excellent. Another note was that some were saying that the staff spoke limited English, which they did, which surprised them as it is a destination wedding venue but we saw it as we were in their country but something to note. All in all we had an amazing time and would stay again.

Beautiful hotel . Very clean with two beautiful swimming pools. Great breakfast - plentiful choices , fresh fruit, large cake and pastries. Evening meals were more haphazard. As vegetarians offered cheese and tomato pasta or aubergine parmigiana several times. Hard to find anyone manning the bars or pools. No visible menus for lunch or prices at bar. Staff at reception had limited English and were not that helpful. Very busy when weddings insitu. Other guests get shunted about and generally ignored. Need a car - no safe parh for walking although there was a courtesy bus to Specchiolla for 5e return. Has potential to be an amazing hotel with sone tweaks

We brought 110 people here for our wedding in August 2023. This is a wedding hotel so things are a little slow and don’t work like clockwork, but that’s Puglia! Embrace it. Both pools are fantastic, especially the main pool. Hire a car and explore 👍

Blasting loud music until past 1:30am and still going. We have reported to the front desk multiple times and they have been rude and refused ti even ask the dj to lower the music. If they want to be a party venue then they should stop being a 4 star hotel and advertise to families. Our 2 year old son has woken up twice already and the music won’t stop. I have never encountered a more rude response in my life. “Deal with it” “we will not ask them to lower music” they offered to move our room at 1:30am - what a joke. Spare yourself the sleepless night and go elsewhere. Our plans for tomorrow are ruined.

On the positive side the hotel is very nice, the grounds are beautiful, and the pool is perfect. However, other than that our experience was pretty bad. Although the info says there is a shuttle bus, when I enquired about getting around the receptionist said there was no public transport and she said I if booked in advance it would take us to the beach and bring us back at 4:30 but I’d have to phone and confirm before returning, the mannerism of the receptionist was very blunt and no suggestions were given, indeed I felt like I was asking someone on the street for a favour rather than seeking help from a venue I paid to stay in. Restricted to the hotel we could only use their services, the meal was a choice between two primo and two secondo plates. The food was ok but felt like you got offered whatever was on the event menu of the day. Didn’t try the lunch, but did order a sandwich by the pool, and what we good was closer to a plain sandwich from a petrol station! The first night the meals were served in a secluded back part of the venue as there was a wedding reception going on. Overall this hotel felt more like a wedding venue that made up some extra cash by having paying guests. You really feel like an insignificant add-on. I really don’t like being overly negative about places, but we were meant to stay 3 nights and after the first night and day there decided to look for somewhere else. Check out the morning after the second night, even though we’d paid in advance and found somewhere more suitable but more importantly with staff that showed genuine professionalism and seemed to care about their guests. If you don’t have a car, another thing to consider is the taxi costs are high! From the hotel to the nearest train station (Carovigno) which is only 15-minute drive away, the taxi fare was 35 euro

The place is new and well done but the service quality is subdued and during a 3 day stay we had to suffer 2 unannounced weddings parties. On the first day, as the first wedding preparation was taking place, and we mentioned it to the reception, they did not even mentioned the second one 2 days later. It is a pity as the place is nice but the kitchen was busy for the weddings and therefore not available for any guests lunch with more than an hour wait for salads at the pool bar… and finally some construction going on with lots of noise next to the pool (drilling and hammering). All in all poor atmosphere despite nice rooms.
