Hotel Las Islas

Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional and unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the level of service and hospitality far exceeded our expectations. Although the hotel is approximately 90 minutes from the airport, every aspect of the experience was well worth the journey. After my flight, I experienced significant ear pain and temporary hearing loss in one ear. The hotel staff responded immediately, arranging medical assistance and ensuring that I was promptly seen by the nurse on duty. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine care gave us tremendous peace of mind. I am deeply grateful to everyone who contributed to making our stay both safe and exceptionally comfortable. The property itself is unique, beautifully maintained, and offers an experience unlike any other. The beaches are stunning, and the complimentary shuttle service to the private islands provides wonderful opportunities for dining and relaxation. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to return. You will not regret choosing to stay here.

We stayed in an ocean front cabana with a plunge pool overlooking the ocean. Breathtaking views and great privacy! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The resort is isolated, so plan to spend your entire time on the property. The Cabanas are very nice. A couple of suggestions to improve. First breakfast is great, but the dinner menu's at both restaurants could be expanded and improved. Also, there are no kettles in the room, so for tea drinkers there is no option but coffee. They could store a couple of kettles for use as requested (minor, I know). Also, there should be a store with snacks and supplies on site, since you can't leave the resort. Overall excellent stay and highly recommend!

Breakfast was the best we’ve had in cartagena hotels. The rooms were clean, the room service was great, golf carta and bicycles were provided for ease of transportation across the vast property

A fantastic place to see lots of birds. The food at the main service area is also quite good. If you're looking for a pristine, unspoiled environment, this is a good place.

My boyfriend and I went to celebrate my birthday and I would like to say the entire resort is beautiful 10 out of 10 if you want some thing that is serene private and luxurious where do you feel like you don’t even have to lift a finger this is the place to stay. The food was delicious. The drinks could’ve been a little stronger, but overall the experience was great. Cholon was across the water so if you want a fun fast pace activity to do that’s a place to go. Just be mindful it’s a little money hungry over there, But you can always negotiate. One of the days we went to the city of Cartenga; The hotel scheduled transportation for us to get there and back and was very communicative when we were off the island. Which we greatly appreciated.
