Hotel Cocoliso Island Resort

The ac was good. They had power shut downs at least 2 times between 4 and 6 but we were enjoying the pool anyway. No big deal. The people were friendly and they even gave us free coffee. The scuba diving company on site was excellent Diving Planet. Make sure you go out at least once. They also allow lionfish hunting. I caught 21 with my friend. Highly recommend it for some R&R.

No Coca-Cola, i couple of days ,limited menu , did not have a few things after waiting, we found a great restaurant in the woods , or a short walk, , no hot water, very cold. bug bites

Check in real late, supposed to be double deluxe room ( it wasn’t) all inclusive food (limited aftr first day) , no water aftr checkin & every night.. we’ve stayed there before .. it was amazing… went back .. was horrible!! Staff very unappreciative of people that stay multiple days … not accomadating…Actually told me they were “ too busy” .. to adress the issues and I was the only one there in the lobby. …They were actually spooning pineapple juice froth into another glass just to make it appear like there was more and glass was only 3/4 full…. Don’t go there. Head manager is horrible at her job!!

Very beautiful hotel, staff could improve, satisfied with our stay

A really nice place to relax, it's more for family vacations, quiet, Lack of variety of cocktails, the ones they have are plane and simple. They only let you stay in the pool until 6. Internet conecction is bad on the rooms

I loved the Hotel but the best was the staff Fabio, Rodrigo, Laura and all the staff were AMAZING. I will be back for sure. Love the hotel and the best was the people and the food. Mafe, Mabel, Julian, Liz, Matt & Frank

great staff. Favio was great . the hotel is very dated. great if youre diving from cocoliso.

Did not like that there is practically no beach nor activities or any sort. This property was not my initial reservation..it was changed & not what I expected...
