Ermita, Cartagena, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

Nice hotel but but expensive

I absolutely loved this hotel and the location that it was in. Literally right across from the beach. It was within walkable distance from everything I wanted to do while I was there and the staff were very kind and friendly. The breakfast was divine and included which was a wonderful start to our mornings. I didn’t have time to see the roof top as I was only there for 2 nights and had lots to do but I’m sure it was beautiful up there as well. I had an ocean view room which allowed my partner and I to enjoy the sunsets overlooking the water in the evenings which was breathtaking. The entire room and bathroom was clean and modernized and so spacious. I also loved the lobby areas and hallways, they had outdoor parts from within the hotel so you didn’t feel trapped inside. Only critiques I would make is that the pool was out of order at the time of my stay. And the grounds on the outside of the hotel could be kept a bit more cleaner but honestly I feel it adds to the charm of the hotel. Also, I returned to the hotel around 12 or 1 in the morning and noticed there was no guard on duty at the time and I was able to just walk right into the hotel. This was a bit of a security concern to me because no one asked any questions and I was able to go right up to my room. There was no key card needed to access the entrance. Other than that, I will definitely stay here again. It was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in around the world.

Excelente boutique hotel at the sea side, only about 2km away from the city center. Very good breakfast buffet with daily variety of chef made little pastries and deserts. Only 2 things missing were a bidet and the ventilator in the bathroom (was there but didn't work). But no big thing. Overall stay was great!

Lovely hotel. Rooms were top notch quality, nothing dirty. Staff was extremely nice. Breakfast was amazing. But overall quality of the facilities and interior areas made it great

I had an excellent experience here. Sebastian, Juan, and David were amazing. The housekeeping staff were awesome. In addition, the bar tenders and waiters were very welcoming and accommodating.

Amazing staff all around! The service and assistance in reception, restaurant, cleaning, very satisfied with all. We also attended a wedding at the hotel which was lovely and beautifully set up. Thank you for a great week!
