Apartment as described, however we were located in a part of the hotel with no view of anywhere. Lots of sounds in the hotel. Indoor pool with lots of children (maybe restricting the hours would be a good idea) Impossible to relax. Good breakfast, fresh products and always replenished, but small area for the number of people.

There is a lot to improve: the pool is abandoned. Completely run down and a safety risk. The authorities have been alerted. The rooms have pillows that are worthy of a 3-star hotel, not a 5-star hotel. There is a lot of noise in the room from any system working. It must have been outside the room because even with the switch off you could hear it. The service and friendliness are worthy of a 3/4-star hotel. Closing the door wakes up everyone in the hallway and the entire corridor. Paid parking with a parking lot next door that is closed. Poor. Poor in everything, especially in terms of the environment. To be avoided without a doubt.

Everything was very good, perhaps more so for a 4-star hotel than a 5-star hotel. We were pleased with our stay. The staff was very friendly.

Great place, good service, attentive staff

Everything went well except for breakfast. The room is small for the entire hotel and I spent more than half an hour waiting at a table to have breakfast There are very few places to park and in the garage it costs 9 euros per day for guests. The pool is small for the size of the hotel and very noisy

Experiência excelente do início ao fim. Tudo superou as expectativas conforto, limpeza, atendimento e ambiente. Sem dúvida um hotel a repetir.

Hotel com ótima localização, quartos impecáveis, ótimo atendimento. Somente a área da piscina interna que poderia estar com um aspeto melhor e a hidromassagem não estava a funcionar quando fomos.

De uma forma global, tudo estava bem. Queria destacar duas situações que para mim foram excepcionais; - O Atendimento/Recepção, fui de facto muitíssimo bem atendido das várias as vezes que tive de me socorrer e foram sempre de uma elegância, educação, muito, muito bem. - Almocei e Jantei no vosso restaurante, e todos os pratos tinham muito boa apresentação, excelente sabor e muita qualidade.
