It's a nice hotel with excellent location. Unfortunately, I had problems with the heat and the shower. Both were addressed reasonably quickly, but the heat failed a second time. The staff was great, but the systems seem to be a bit dated.

The room was a junior suite and of a good size. The bed was quite firm and the blanket and sheet were thin and rough. The room also was remarkably dim and the few over head lights took several moments to turn on once flipped. The room was clean enough, but there was some debris under the bathroom sink area.
There is no complimentary breakfast which for the price is unusual. The only thing complimentary is some of the worst coffee I have ever had by the front desk.
The front desk staff are friendly, there’s ample parking, and the location has several nice restaurants nearby.
I stayed here as my coworkers were booked here as well, but left to my own decision I may find another option.

Stayed here on a girls’ weekend for a little Christmas shopping. Was a repeat of a stay from several years ago. Just like last time, it was perfect!

The bed had dust bunnies on the side and the room smelled like smoke covered up by air freshener. The lobby and staff are nice but no one asked about my stay. The front desk seemed to know it was not a great room and checked if she should still give it to me. She did. It was late when I checked in and I had already ordered food to the room and did not want to change rooms. The wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom.

I made a reservation for one night at the hotel. At 9pm I called the hotel to report a flight delay and request a late check in. The person who helped me very kindly told me that there would be no problem, that he would inform them that I would be late and that they have staff at the reception 24/7. Confident that I would have a place to at least shower and take a nap (after sleeping at the airport and having notified of the delay) I called in the morning to explore the possibility of having a late check out once I checked in. At that point I was aware that what counted was having paid the entire night's fee for just two hours of nap and bathing; I didn't need a refund, cancellation or credit. The surprise is that when I call they inform me that no one notified me of my call and they put me in the system as a "no show". They charged me the entire reservation without any viable option and with barely being able to sleep or bathe. In short: if you consider that hotel after traveling, it is NOT an option. It was not fair at all. I was impartial about the property condition, area and cleanliness because I could not observe it.
