Disappointing breakfast, the room I booked was not available

Complaint about the bad experience with accommodation reservation On the 25th, I made a reservation at the my loft anfa hotel in Casablanca, based on photos that promised a pleasant place. Upon arrival, I found only a doorman, no receptionist, no functional computer system and unable to communicate in French or English. To make the situation worse, a cash payment was requested, contrary to the payment method previously made through the e-dreams platform. After waiting for an hour, I was sent to another hotel by another employee, where, despite checking in (I emphasize again, in another hotel in the loft chain) I found inadequate hygiene conditions. At 2:00 in the morning we tried to get help through e-dreams support, and after an hour of this attempt to request help we were told that they regretted the whole situation and did not offer any solution or attempt at a solution. This extremely unpleasant experience with the Loft hotel, combined with the lack of support from e-dreams, motivates my formal demand for a refund for a service that was not used. Very bad service. As a result of this situation, we found ourselves compelled to find another hotel to stay overnight. In short, not only did I pay for a service that I didn't enjoy, I also had to pay for a second hotel to guarantee a night's rest. THIS HOTEL IS A BIG NO!

Hôtel HORRIBLE , UNE VRAIE CATASTROPHE et LITIGE ET DECEPTION SONT ASSURÉS Très grande déception et trop trop loin d'un 4* !!! La clim ne marche pas, à part son bruit ! Le ménage est inexistant, fuite d'eau dans la chambre et personne ne bouge pendant les 5 jours d'hébergement ! Le PDJ est loin d'être un petit déjeuner d'un hôtel 1* ! Partez et sans laisser de trace !

je suis Alexandre ZEMMA et j'ai eu la malheur de passer une nuit dans cethotel de Casablanca et quand je parle de malheur le mot est très faible!!! Pour commencer vous ne respectez même pas ce que vous mettez sur votre site !!! j'ai pourtant appeler avant de réserver et j'ai bien insister sur le faites que je voulais une chambre au calme et surtout pas coté rue car je suis hyper sensible au bruit et on m'a bien rassuré en me disant que j'aurait bien la suite avec terrasse derriere comme sur votre site a 551 dirahms ce n'a absolument pas été le cas je me suis retrouver coté rue sans terrasse dans une chambre infestée de mouche et avec une douche a l'italienne qui inondait carrément la chambre près eulement 10 mns de douche je ne vous parle pas du wiffi inexistant de la chambre ou je ne pouvait même pas envoyer un simple mail le matin au petit déjeuné un croissant rassie une vache kiri du pain dure et du thé ( aucun café!!!) et un ju d'orange en brick et chaud !!! absolument rien a voir avec le pt déjeuner vanté sur votre site c'est honteux de recevoir des clients dans ces conditions et pour finir aucun services!!! merci de procéder au remboursement pure et simple
