Friendly and warm. I loved how convenient the hotel is, with a wide array of restaurants and shops just steps away. It felt quite safe, which made the stay better.

The location is quite good, right next to the biggest Arab League Park in the city center, though it's not in the same cluster as hotels like Royal Mansour or Marriott. The hotel is relatively new, the rooms are spacious, but the bathroom is a bit small (seems like many hotels in Morocco have small bathrooms). Overall, the check-in experience was very pleasant.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, much better than I expected. The service was great, and the pool restaurant on the T-level had a wonderful ambiance in the evening. The drinks were quite expensive, but the food was very affordable.

Everything was excellent except for the air conditioning, which seems to be centrally limited for the entire building, making it difficult to cool the room properly. There was also no possibility to open the window, so the room felt quite warm at night, especially after staying in the much cooler riads in Chefchaouen and Fes.
