Hyatt Regency Casablanca Reviews

The Hyatt was the perfect place to end my stay in Morocco. The staff and facilities were outstanding. Perfectly located to enable easy access attractions in Casablanca. Exactly what you would expect from a 5 star hotel.

Nice stay I recommend the hotel good location and nice staff very helpful and cooperative team.

Room generally clean, although noticed what look like a bed bug on the bathroom towels.

Good service, good location & good breakfast. However, hotel room was a bit old, furniture was not in good condition and the room didn’t smell good, a bit disappointing…..

I stayed for 1 night, June 16-17. The service was very good as well as the facilities. The next day after checking out I checked and found that my t-shirt was left behind, then I went back to ask about it, but they said they couldn't find it. I'm sure my t-shirt was left there. How can a hotel as good as this have something left behind and not stored first? Even didn’t care about asking me my contact information so if thy ask the staff and found it thy will contact me!! Thy are not doing that

The worst Hyatt ever. The surrounding area was chaotic, with lots of shady characters. The room facilities were outdated, like an old hotel from the 1980s in China… Check-in and check-out were incredibly slow. It was truly a disappointing experience.

The location, service, and breakfast were all good. However, the facilities were dated, some furniture was worn, the door locks were broken, and the room had a slight odor. Overall, I was a bit disappointed.

It's an older hotel, but the lobby is nice and the rooms are average, but it still has a good atmosphere.

I didn't expect Hyatt to be so old and run-down, and what's worse is the poor management and hygiene.

The location is excellent, opposite the old town, and the surrounding business is prosperous. However, the hotel is a bit old and cannot be compared with the newly built ones.
