Was not able to order snacks or similar to the room and pool. Took 1,2 hours to get an Pisco Sour and another 20 minutes to get the starter in the restaurant. The same the day after. We complain about it but only got excuses. Was not compensated at all. Smells strong as a stable in our 2 rooms. One room had to be change due to water problem in the toilet. Was very frustrating to approach they did not took any responsibility for what happens to us.

UNHEALTHY, ROOMS WITH MOSTS' NESTS. We gave a "Spa" day to a family of friends with their girls and unfortunately we have been greatly embarrassed by the level of deterioration of the hotel and its facilities; The rooms do not have AA but the problem was the mosquito nest they have due to poor maintenance, lack of fumigation, mold in the rooms that house HUNDREDS of mosquitoes, they could not handle the amount of pest that was in the place having to remove **** the next day. We sent an email to complain and what they responded to us was that they were sorry and that they had gone to the reception to provide repellent. It is a serious health issue that they incurred and the hotel was not responsible. If you can't publish what happened, at least remove it from your page so that other families are not harmed.
