Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca Reviews

This is a beautiful hotel and very luxurious : our goal was to relax and have a hammam and spa day with was perfect and we loved it. It wasted end of our 12 day trip across Morroco so we were tired and ordered room service twice . Attention to detail was on point , the hotel staff even gave us an anniversary cake because we mentionned it at check in. - the hotel situated steps from the beach so it’s nice for a stroll, but the beach is NOT IT. (It is NOT run buy the hotel) is very dirty and didn’t seem to be for tourist. There aren’t any good dining options that are walkable (their are fast-foods!) there is a mall too.

Great services as FS. The breakfast is must have even though it s extra charge. Staffs are friendly. gym is a bit small. Have balcony for relaxing.

Very good and rich breakfast, conveniently located to the beach and very close to a shopping mall, but also maximum 10 minutes drive to any point of interest in the city. Very professional service and very good facilities for organizing conference and meetings

It was like any other hotel except that you feel the luxury here. Didn’t even offer welcome drink or fruit platter just 3 miserable pieces of macaroons in the room. Bed was very comfortable. Went to pool around 6.30pm. Nobody was there to provide towels ?

The service is excellent, which is usual for 4 seasons. The spa was under renovation,which we should have been informed while booking. The other major drawback is the hotel does not have a bar and does not serve any liquor because of its proximity to the Hasán mosque.

It is worthy of being called Four Seasons. The service is excellent and the scenery is beautiful. I upgraded the room type and I like it very much. I recommend it

Casa is the closest hotel to the beach. It is on the beach road. The beach is right outside the hotel.

The hotel is very beautiful by the sea. The security check is strict and very safe.

The last stop was Casablanca. We booked the ideal Four Seasons Hotel. As expected, it was excellent in all aspects. First of all, it was close to the sea with beautiful scenery. Secondly, it was clean and the food was satisfactory.

The hotel service is very bad, the front desk staff has no smile. The glass windows in the room are covered with dust. Very disappointed
