Street-facing room, quite noisy.

The owner is Chinese, very nice and easygoing. When we took a taxi, we didn't know that only cash was accepted in the area and credit cards were not accepted. The owner helped us exchange cash and did not take the difference in price. He also upgraded us to a large deluxe suite for free. The ladies at the front desk were also very patient and beautiful. It's worth staying here.

The room is very bad, a place like hell. I have communicated with Ctrip to remove such a bad hotel from the shelves. It's too bad! There was noise all night and it felt like sleeping on the street. There were bugs in the room and the bed was not cleaned at all. It was very dirty. It was given a four-star rating and I complained directly. I hope Ctrip will remove its cooperation with hotels and stop harming Chinese guests!

This hotel is a scam. Ctrip paid all the fees, and the hotel will check you in first, and then come to tell you in two hours that the money received by the hotel is wrong and ask us to make up the difference. Ctrip customer service personnel contacted their hotel and ignored them. There was no way the customer service asked us to make up the price difference, followed up with us, and did not refund the extra fee to us.

Quality and price are very good

I don't like their attitude, for fear that you won't pay the tax (I don't understand what kind of tax it is, the room rate already includes tax and you have to pay additional tax). For the first time, they gave us a room that smelled like foot odor. There are too many selfish ideas, the environment is not good, and it is not at the same level as the four-star hotels I have stayed in. The only advantage is that the people at breakfast and parking are very nice. In addition, please don't mark the free parking lot randomly. They don't have a parking lot. Parking is on the roadside, and there is a fee. It took me a long time to find a place

My room had the main street view with poor window soundproofing. I couldn't sleep due to the street noise. Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, however, mine had poor performance. For a double room only one towel was given, had to ask for another towel. The breakfast is minimalist and can be improved although it is acceptable . The only good thing there is the friendly staff at the reception.

Terrible hotel Dirty sheets, only one light bulb working out of 8 in the room. My sister was told that she would have to wait for a pillow case........ The restaurant was closed, it was open according to their site, but reception was unable to give any information on where the nearest restaurants were. Total shambles

A truly forgettable experience! In the pictures, it looked like a place with great attention to detail, but in reality, that wasn't the case at all. Even the decorative items shown in the photos were nowhere to be found. There was a kettle, but no tea, coffee, or even chamomile sachets. There were no trash bags in the bins. The room was dirty, and we even found a chicken bone on the headboard of the bed. The pillows reeked of previous guests, and despite our complaint, the entire bedding wasn't changed. The shower faucet was leaking everywhere. There was only one small bottle of shower gel and one shampoo for three people staying four nights. We also lacked enough towels; there were only two – one small and one large – for three guests. The balcony door wouldn't close properly, which left us worried all night, especially since we had a small child with us. We even started to think people might enter at night to use the room, considering how oblivious they seemed to all these issues. Out of the four nights we were supposed to stay, we barely lasted one before canceling our entire reservation. The price did not justify the services offered. This is definitely not a family-friendly hotel; some very strange people seemed to be staying there. Terrible, truly terrible. Never again!

This hotel is more of a 2 star, certainly nothing more. The rooms are very basic, you get only one single towel per person, this will be your hand towel and body towel. The rooms overlook a busy road so can be very noisy. The room has a kettle but no coffee sachets. When I asked the receptionist if there were any places to grab a coffee sachet he couldn’t help or point me in the right direction - not very 4 star. The toilet came with half a toilet roll and the toilet had a bar smell to it which wasn’t ideal as we had to close the toilet door so we didn’t get a heartache. Additionally the door only closed if it were locked otherwise it popped open. This hotel needs to do better or rebrand itself to a two star to reflect the true position.
