We booked this apartment for six people but it was everything but an apartment. Upon our arrival we discovered that it was not for our exclusive use as previously communicated to us, but it was practically this lady's house. The apartment was connected to the lady's house with a staircase so she could easily enter. The kitchen was shared with other people staying in the structure and was connected with a door that led directly to the room with the risk that a stranger could open the door while one of us was sleeping because the door did not lock. The fridge smelled stale and it was impossible to cook in that kitchen as it was really dirty. Inside the room was the kitchenette which was a cabinet with a camping stove and a very small sink. The bedrooms overlooked the common area with windows where everyone could see inside the room, plus broken windows. Most annoying there was hair and hair in the bed and on the pillow, the sheets not ironed. Pool if you can call it that was completely full of algae, the bottom was GREEN all dirty. The bathroom tiles were broken. Non-existent parking, it was the driveway of the house with all the cars lined up and to get out you had to get them all moved. So after we visited the apartment we decided to leave as it was not what we were told and it was really impossible to stay in there. And the non-existent Anticovid Procedures.

Upon arrival (14 August 2021) small and inconvenient non-existent parking. The landlady comes down without a mask and starts showing us around what, according to what had been presented to us, was supposed to be an apartment "in a villa" just for us with a swimming pool and kitchen. We are not asked for any type of document to register, the only thing we are asked for is cash payment and we have agreed to the request in good faith. The apartment had 2 rooms and a sofa bed, a kitchenette in a wardrobe perhaps suitable for cooking for a single person. In this so-called kitchenette there were 2 glasses (where none of us would ever drink) and we were a group of 6 people. The actual kitchen had a fridge which didn't smell good when opened. And in addition to learning that it was not for our exclusive use as we were told, we also learned that anyone who had been present in that kitchen could have entered our room because we couldn't have the key to that door. Let's get to the worst, i.e. cleanliness... Hair and ***** hair in the bed and on the pillow. Instead of walls there were windows with curtains spaced between them and behind those spaces there were our beds, and from there everyone could pass and see beyond the glass. And the swimming pool? Full of algae, and as with the kitchen it was shared with all the tenants. We call the lady because we had decided to leave IMMEDIATELY. She arrives and we request the money given in cash 10 minutes before. The answer? No, I won't give you the money back... After an argument he wanted us to pay €300 for the first night and we managed to get the rest of the money back... What more can I say? Nothing, just one word... AVOID.

We booked an apartment with swimming pool from August 14th until August 17th for 6 people, when we contacted the lady she described the apartment to us making us believe that it was for our exclusive use but on arrival the lady owner of the structure welcomes us with a dressing gown night and slippers and we realized we were at his house, in fact he led us to a sort of outbuilding connected to his apartment by a staircase. As soon as we got out of the car we found ourselves surrounded by 3 dogs and what's more there was no parking for the two cars. The glass in the apartment and in the front door was broken and on top of that there was a shared kitchen connected to our bedrooms with a keyless door that anyone could enter. All dirty even the sheets of the bed with hair and hair of all kinds, the dirty shared kitchen with a fridge that contained things and food belonging to other people and moreover dirty and smelled stale. Not to mention the dirty pool with the presence of algae. All different from what we expected as we only discovered upon arrival that the house was not for exclusive use and that it was shared with other people. As soon as we understood the situation and noticed the dirt we decided to leave but we were asked to pay in cash and to pay one night by force. In short, he stole three hundred euros from us between the deposit given in advance and the one hundred euros he demanded in cash to send us away in a bad way and practically leaving us on the street, blowing up our mid-August trip. The photos do not correspond to reality and the place is not clean at all, nothing that respects the anti-covid regulations. A delusion. To forget!!!!

An experience to forget. Villa used as a b&b where, within the area reserved for me and my group of friends, other guests could also access from a shared kitchen (which we were told was our exclusive), the owner lives upstairs all of which she too had free access to our area. Broken glass, dirt in the rooms, bathrooms with pipes sticking out of the walls, hair in the bed, crumpled sheets, quite shameful dishes and glasses, the dirty pool with all the algae ... all this under the heading of "covid free". Payment in cash, as requested ... In light of all this, as we arrived we left, but the kind lady, despite everything, kept 1/3 of the money (the first night) ... in short, 300 euros thrown away for us and thus earned without anything for people who can't do this job even in their dreams.. Run away while you can! To never again!
