We are experienced travellers. We have stayed at this hotel in the past, which is why we went back... on the last legs of a three week European driving trip. Location on main square is great, private parking is great, lovely restaurant with great staff who served and smiled !!....Room was fine. In the morning after taking a shower I noticed that the 3-4 towels in the bathroom were thin, not 'white' and totally worn out (suitable for the cat basket perhaps)...and fraying along the long edges...and then the bathroom sink would flush away. I crawled under the sink and managed to get the levers to work to open the plug, but not fully...it was faulty. We came down for breakfast and I showed the 'Manager' on the checkout desk the worn tired faded fraying towel...she just picked it up and tried to hide it saying 'YES (she shouted)...its the end of the season and all the good towels have been stolen...(This is the best bit)...and if we put our new towels out they will get stolen again...and anyway, I upgraded you to a better room (we weren't told this at check in and we are still confused as to how an upgrade can compensate for the towel situation)...I queried this...and the Manager shouted again that 'I upgraded you so that I don't have my staff running from the front to the back of the hotel'...So, it wasn't an upgrade to help the customer, it was to help her manage her staff...(It gets better)...I then mentioned the problem with the sink plug hole....At this the Manager lost it completely...She SCREAMED...'WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO MY SINK...MY ROOM...WHAT HAVE YOU DONE...?' as she bounded up the stairs 2 at a time...everyone in the breakfast area stopped eating and looked at us if we were guilty of mass destruction...one man came over and asked 'What have you done ??'...Manager, slightly calmer came back down and tried to take us into the breakfast room (as if nothing had happened)...we politely declined and took our breakfast across the road...at half the price. Will we go back, possibly, as long as Mrs Shouty has gone.

Das Hotel wurde toll restauriert, innen sehr modern und geschmackvoll! Der Name ist etwas irreführend, das Hotel ist für Urlaubsreisende bestens geeignet, zentrale, ruhige Lage und ausreichend großen Parkplatz!

Bel hôtel au calme avec pkg et ascenseur. Visiblement apprécié par la clientèle italienne majoritaire lors de notre court séjour (22/23 avril). Le personnel est fort serviable et agréable, tout comme notre chambre (la 27) avec son petit salon-tv séparé. Belle salle d'eau et wc séparé aussi. Enfin nous avons aussi apprécié le petit déjeuné très varié dans l'agréable salle à manger donnant sur la piscine (pas d'autre restauration sur place, mais l'accueil nous a fort bien conseillé où aller dîner, à quelques pas). Je recommande cet établissement.

Je vais commencer pour les points négatifs de l’hôtel , pas de Clim on a souffert les premiers jours le soir on s’endormait avec des chaleurs au allentour de 25-26 degrés. Les lits sont bien mais sent plus j’ai pas passer non plus des très bonnes nuits , les serviettes de bains sont horribles elles font mal à la peau et la pression de la douche pas ouf. En revanche la localisation de l’hôtel est excellente et ils parles plusieurs langues ce qui est un point positif. Le petit déjeuner de l’hôtel est divin ce qui explique mon 4/5 seulement 12€ et tout est fait maison un régale ! Manque pas grand choses pour que cette hôtel soit parfait 👍🏻

Très bel hôtel dans lequel nous avons séjourné avec nos deux filles, il est situé au centre de Castellane avec vue imprenable sur le RoC. Les chambres ont été rénovées avec goût, le petit déjeuner est d’excellente qualité avec beaucoup de choix, le personnel très agréable. Le climat de Castellane malgré la canicule nécessite une couverture pour la nuit. Nous recommandons vivement de séjourner dans ce bel endroit.

Très bel établissement, au calme. Coin piscine agréable. Les chambres sont magnifiquement refaite, petit déjeuner composé de produits frais, extra. La clim n’est pas de vigueur malgré la canicule extérieur. Le personnel est au top . Je recommande vivement cet établissement.

Une halte à Castellane n'hésitez pas à réserver dans celui-ci,cadre très agréable et vraiment très propre l'accueil et très pro,le service et très agréable,le personnel à votre écoute et très gentil.les chambre sont nickel rien à redire.le plus leur petit déjeuner très très bien.un très bon rapport qualité prix . merci à toute l'équipe

Franchement très déçu !!! Pas d'eau chaude pour la douche du soir, la télévision ne fonctionnait pas.... !! On entendait les voisins d'à côté comme s'il n'y avait pas de mur !!!! La piscine était soi-disant hors-service parce que il y avait un produit dedans... Nous avons passé des nuits à côté dans un autre hôtel c'était franchement mieux et moins cher !!!!!!!!!!! Je ne reviendrai pas ici !

Halte lors de notre road trip moto. Top, un seul regret ne pas y être restés 2 nuits 😂. Chambre extra, piscine extra, personnel extra, conseils extras, pdj extra ! La petite ville est sympa, les gorges toute proche. C'est un super emplacement.
