No me mandaron correo para hacer el pre check in y tuvimos que hacerlo en la puerta del hotel lo cual fue súper tedioso hacerlo, pedí cama matrimonial ya que me daban la opción y me dieron 2 simples juntas, no contaban con calefacción además al parecer la gente aledaña sabe su clave de acceso porque nos cruzamos con una pareja haciéndolo en la máquina dispensadora. En fin, no lo recomendaría
