It’s been a while since I don’t use TripAdvisor, but this time I think I should make people aware of this place. First, the good points of our stay: this hotel has a great position and the room was big. Then, the problems: our stay in this place has been so bad that we had to shorten our stay of two days (overall we stayed there five nights instead of the booked seven nights). I might list several crucial drawbacks of this place. I start by pointing out that the owners’ dog (a puppy, a nine-month old female of Australian shepherd) used to defecate in front of our room’s door (it happened at least twice, but probably more times given the terrible smell in the aisle). The way the owners manage their dog most likely violates basic hygiene rules (is it allowed to leave chewed cow bones on the hotel stairs?) and their impoliteness prevents them to fix any issue, nor to appropriately apologise. No need to add that in five days (and with very few guests in this place) they could not give us instructions to use the room safe, the breakfast was very disappointing (old bread on Sunday!?!), and they did not timely provide toilet’ items when needed… Let me remark that we love dogs and we travelled with our dog, who is very polite and has travelled in several places without problems.

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern in dieser Woche bei Anita und Alex zu Gast. Sie haben uns sozusagen unseren Urlaub gerettet. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle noch einmal dafür. Das vor ein paar Jahren renovierte 3 Sterne Hotel bietet sehr schöne Zirbenzimmer, ein tolles Schwimmbad und Saunaanlage. Unübertroffen ist aber der persönliche Einsatz der Beiden zum Wohle Ihrer Gäste. Meine Frau wurde gleich am 2. mit Grippe krank und wurde hervorragend umsorgt. Noch ein paar Fakten: das Frühstückshotel liegt nahe dem Stadtzentrum und in der Nähe eines Lebensmittelmarktes. Ebenso ist die Skibushaltestelle ein paar Meter nur von Hotel entfernt. Wir waren gerne bei Euch zu Gast und kommen gerne wieder. Grüße Doreen und Dirk

Familiengeführtes, kleines Hotel in toller Lage, mit wunderschön gestaltetem Sauna- und Poolbereich. Liebevoll eingerichtete, saubere Zimmer, mit Balkon und einem herrlichen Ausblick auf Landschaft und Berge! Der 7-Monate junge Hotelhund bringt Schwung in die Bude, Hunde werden hier ganz herzlich Willkommen geheißen- mittlerweile ein Highlight, was man in anderen Hotels vergeblich sucht. Wir konnten in dieser entspannten Atmosphäre ausspannen und Kraft tanken und werden ganz sicher wieder kommen!

Struttura molto accogliente a gestione familiare, grande gentilezza e disponibilità. Ottima posizione, il centro di Castelrotto si raggiunge in 5 minuti a piedi, la cabinovia dell’Alpe di Siusi si raggiunge in 8 minuti di auto. Ottima colazione con ampia scelta e dolci fatti in casa. Inoltre c’è un’area wellness con piscina riscaldata, sauna , doccia emozionale e angolo relax con tisane, il tutto compreso nel costo del soggiorno. La nostra bambina si è divertita tantissimo nella piscina, dopo una giornata di sci è un ambiente perfetto per rilassare mente e corpo. Super consigliato. Ci ritorneremo!

Mi dispiace perché noi e la mia famiglia veniamo a Castelrotto da una vita ma in questo hotel ho visto una grande indifferenza da parte dei proprietari, praticamente inesistenti colazione sostanziosa i primi giorni poi quasi dimezzata ,sauna chiusa in un centro benessere anche bello , reception disordinata e cintata per via dei cani, camera pulita grazie alla signora delle pulizie molto gentile,giardino bello e ben curato.

Antipatici, maleducati, sporchi, è molto troppo cari rispetto allo scarso servizio offerto. Hanno tante inserzioni fasulle che parlano di un luogo delizioso. Potrebbe esserlo, ma è gestito in modo indecente. Adesso risponderanno che sono un maleducato prevenuto, ma non ho mai dato un giudizio. È la prima volta che mi trovo obbligato a fare questa cosa, che non mi fa per nulla piacere

Camera e bagno come da descrizione, tutto ristrutturato con un buon odore di legno in stanza e letti grandi. Terrazzino piccolo ma attrezzato con un bel panorama ma purtroppo dava anche su una stalla e infatti aleggiava sempre un odore di stallatico. Colazione : 7 tavoli per 16 stanze . Una volta abbiamo dovuto aspettare in piedi che si liberasse un tavolo . La sovratovaglia del tavolo sporca non è stata sostituita. Colazione spartana senza cartellini indicatori di quello che stavi mangiando e/o bevendo....si andava a naso. Sauna : non pervenuta. Malgrado il servizio fosse in ottime condizioni la Direzione nonostante le numerose richieste verbali e scritte ( perchè in reception non c' era mai nessuno ) era molto restia a farla funzionare ( mi hanno anche risposto che l' accendevano solo per me ) su sette giorni di permanenza sono riuscito ad usufruirne solo tre volte a 50 gradi ( che non è una sauna ). Tisane senza acqua , piscina senza quell' odore di cloro che a me da anche un po' fastidio ma so che ci deve essere , un giorno non ci hanno fatto la stanza e termino con 9 posti auto per 16 stanze e una volta sono dovuto andare a parcheggiare in un condominio . Struttura con potenziale malgestita.

non so se è stata più la scortesia, la disorganizzazione e la poca pulizia, oltre ai prezzi sproporzionati (con tanto di cibo scaduto a colazione da due mesi, dopo averglielo fatto notare, nemmeno una scusa, solo un "non succede nulla" - giusto perchè era un formaggio spalmabile), tralasciamo veramente le condizioni delle camere (visto da booking tutta un altra cosa, dalle camere, al servizio, alla colazione. Morale 2 notte quasi Euro 400,00 per 2 persone e non ha nemmeno voluto i documenti (però la tassa di soggiorno l'ha presa ovviamente). MAI PIU'!!! MAI PIU! non è da me scrivere recensioni ma andava detto per onor del vero, sperando che nessun altro venga trattato quanto noi. il titolare imbarazzate! Maleducatissimo a dir poco. Salvo solo il cane “PERLA” e la Signora che, seppur non all'altezza, almeno un minimo di cortesia l'ha avuta (per quanto poco curata la recpetion e tutto l’insieme). Sconsiglio comunque perchè non è all'altezza delle aspettative che decantano su booking o sito.
