Arrivati sul posto il venerdì, l’appartamento a noi riservato completamente umido tanto che i letti e le lenzuola sembravano bagnati, ragnatele e tende alle finestre tenute su con mollette, tavoletta del water sporca e macchiata. Il titolare Enrico scostante e scortese, Lorenzo il figlio e la signora Anna unica nota positiva. Il posto è molto bello ma andrebbe tenuto in modo più accurato. Anche se in Aprile se si decide di riaprire una struttura si deve ospitare in modo adeguata

Bella struttura nel relax assoluto, a pochi chilometri da Castiglione del Lago, mini appartamento molto carino, semplice ma pulitissimo, riscaldato bene dato che nelle due notti trascorse le temperature erano scese di brutto. Enrico il proprietario molto disponibile con noi è stato veramente super ci ha permesso di spostare la prenotazione più di una volta. Siamo stati più che soddisfatti della colazione molto fornita tra dolce e salato. Poi la cena ottima nella locanda della mercanzia consigliata da Enrico piatti romani e del luogo come gli gnocchi con salsiccia e fagiolina del trasimeno.

Non è da considerare per soggiorni tramite Smartbox. Purtroppo non ho potuto prenotare con lo Smartbox, il proprietario non accetta i pacchetti di 1 notte nei weekend (nessun weekend, nemmeno in bassa stagione), quindi, se non si prenota la seconda notte, non è possibile usufruire con soggiorno Smartbox. Si può prenotare solo durante la settimana e "quando hanno un buco". Il cliente deve preoccuparsi di riempire i loro buchi.

Posto incantevole, l'appartamento dove abbiamo alloggiato molto confortevole , Colazione abbondante e variegata. I proprietari molto socievoli ci hanno dato buone info su dove andare a mangiare e cosa vedere nei dintorni . Consiglio la location . Namastè 😊

Purtroppo devo fare una recensione negativa! A metà luglio chiamiamo io e la mia compagna per prenotare una vacanza di 2/3 giorni utilizzando lo Smartbox! Ci rispondono dicendo di chiamare a metà agosto. Chiamato a metà agosto e ci rispondono che non c’è più posto! Purtroppo c’è stata mancanza di serietà! Ovviamente perché con Smartbox ci guadagnano di meno! Alloggeremo in un Hotel nelle vicinanze!

Siamo stati in questo agriturismo con uno smart box e ci siamo trovati molto bene. I gestori sono ospitali e gentili, siamo stati in un appartamento che è perfetto per vacanze anche più lunghe, dato che è dotato di una piccola cucinetta ben attrezzata. Il bagno è molto grande e sono a disposizione delle sedie su cui rilassarsi fuori dall'appartamento. La piscina è gratuita anche con lo smart box, molto tranquilla e rilassante. Abbiamo acquistato una colazione per 5 euro a testa, che non era compresa nello smartbox, ed è stata fantastica. C'erano varie bevande e tanti prodotti dolci, tra cui un ciambellone con l'uvetta buonissimo!
