Hotel la Roccia

We stayed in this hotel from Friday to Sunday, obviously this INCLUDED to spend the days at the beach. Therefore, we are told at the reception, at the time of check out, that we could use the umbrellas for the rest of the day, so that we took a seat, when after an hour a young lady, whose name I do not remember, reached us, dressed with a t-shirt and black shorts telling us to go away, as other guests should have come. Except that, understanding the situation, even if out of place since we were not informed at the time of booking, we asked her to stay in the same structure, but on the Solarium by paying for the 3 umbrellas, but she rude and undeterred, told us that there were no availability, in short, we fifty-year-olds, put out as if we were not even kids in front of other people who were guests of the hotel, not knowing where to go to spend the rest of the day. Another bad surprise was the car park, the first point due to the inconvenience of its location, as it was a steep descent on a curve and a few parking spaces with a number of cars that prevented maneuvers, so much so that it suffered damage due to the presence of poles. Second point, always at check out, we are informed of the payment of 7.00 euros per day for parking. This is also a surprise ... I'm not saying that we shouldn't have paid, but as I said previously, the communication, the information must be done a priori. Finally, with the strong wind, a parasol flew and this in a lido must not happen, causing a large bruise on my friend's hand to repair her head. the quality dinner, pass in the last floor so much so as not to return, because courtesy and respect for the customer must be the strengths of any business relationship, but above all in an accommodation facility, where people must be welcomed and stay well So, I guess you already answer me that it is normal to leave the umbrellas with the room, but at the time of booking you should have already offered us the Solarium area for the whole day on Sunday, having booked months ago. Zero information, as much as the lack of courtesy.

I stayed a week on the recommendation of a friend and I must say right.I was looking for a place directly on the sea with a restaurant and beach and this Hotel has it all.The staff from the Reception to the very kind, friendly and prepared waiters. of the balconies (the winning card) terraced restaurant on the ground floor and Solarium with sunbeds and umbrellas. Rocky beach with access via ladder and platform, deep seabed. Not suitable for small children and people with walking problems. Restaurant with two daily menus to choose from ( fish or meat), breakfast can be served indoors or outdoors. Large rooms, minibar, TV (the signal is not fully functional).

Breathtaking view, sea in the room. Excellent welcome and kind staff. Reserved parking spaces, fantastic sea. We dined at the restaurant and tasted the typical dishes, well served by the dining room staff. Ideal for a quiet relaxing holiday. We'll be back.

veramente veramente stupendo.vista stupenda mai vista prima molto romantica, cibo veramente ottimo consigliassimo il ristorante che è anche per esterni e non solo per i clienti per hotel . location della stanza stupenda ,anche i ragazzi sono veramente simpatici e gentilissimi sempre disponibili per qualsiasi cosa idem per la proprietaria

Situato su una suggestiva scogliera con vista mozzafiato sul mare, "La Roccia" offre un'esperienza culinaria indimenticabile. Il ristorante è il luogo perfetto per chi desidera gustare piatti raffinati in un ambiente suggestivo e romantico.

Consiglierei a tutti di fare una esperienza in questo albergo. Posizione eccellente. Mare incantevole. Cibo più che dignitoso. Ragazzi dei servizi eccezionali, sempre disponibili. Certo, ci sono delle criticità, ma queste sono state superate da gentilezza disponibilità bellezza del posto. Consigliato. Carmine muto

Ristorante ottimo, mare pulitissimo e personale fantastico, Angela e Cesare sono disponibili e premurosi, ma in generale tutto lo staff merita davvero tanto! Giornata trascorsa in tranquillità in totale relax

Bellissima la vista e la scogliera con ombrelloni e lettini compresi nel prezzo della camera, ottima la vicinanza al centro e il servizio “tuc tuc car” con il gentilissimo e disponibile inserviente. Un po’ da rivedere la rifinitura degli esterni sopratutto le terrazze molto datate e la colazione un po’ scarsa per quello che uno si aspetta dal Salento ricco di prelibatezze

Mi aspettavo molto di più in relazione anche a quanto pagato.. tanto, troppo. Le camere sono davvero datate, soprattutto il bagno, strettissimo per non parlare del box doccia (mi ero raccomandato con l'ufficio booking nella persona di Alessandra che fosse quello delle foto ma così non è stato) La stessa Alessandra mi ha poi riferito, a fine soggiorno, che Lei non conosce personalmente la struttura 😱 Stiamo scherzando??! Le persiane non si chiudono bene e di conseguenza filtra molta luce che ti sveglia già alle 6.30 del mattino. Colazione appena sufficiente, (servirebbe integrare sia la parte dolce che quella salata). Ristorante non all'altezza della location, lo chef dovrebbe osare molto di più. Il personale di sala molto gentile e cordiale, ma non molto professionale. Ho ordinato 2 calici di vino non della casa e mi sono arrivati direttamente a tavola già riempiti, invece di portare la bottiglia, farmi vedere che si trattasse davvero del vino scelto e poi versato, altrimenti posso dire di aver bevuto qualsiasi tipo di vino. Altro aspetto del servizio, l'olio per condire l'insalata va portato con la bottiglia apposita che per legge deve essere col tappo antirabbocco e non in piccoli recipienti da brodo 😱 per non parlare delle bustine di olio monodose con una miscela di olii 😭 siamo in Puglia!!! Personale alla reception impacciato, manca la figura di un direttore, credo non ci sia. Davvero un peccato vedere strutture con un potenziale enorme come La Roccia, direttamente sul mare, non sfruttato a dovere, ma questo è solo uno dei tanti casi nel Salento.
