This place is one of those hidden gems you don't want anyone else to discover. Luxurious accommodation with everything you would possibly need (even a movie room! apartment 95), right on the beach. A perfect, large pool area leads on to 50 metres of bush before you hit the most pristine beach you've ever seen. White sand and perfect waves. A short stroll down to the village cafes for breakfast or a beer. Local Coles and shops to stock your fridge. Gorgeous restaurants and rural vistas all a short drive away. Couldn't recommend it more

Beautifully furnished, spacious apartment that was comfortably large enough for 6 of us. The pool was great for all, especially the kids, and the gym is clean and well equipped. Beach is very close, and you can walk along it Casuarina shops, or follow the boardwalk to Kingscliff.

Just a wonderful place, love the apartment space, divine pool and just a quick 2 min walk down to the beach. Highly recommend!

The apartment was lovely and very spacious. The grounds and amenities were good, especially the lagoon pool and lap pool. There was access to the beach and a 7km walking trail which led all the way to Kings Cliff from the property. Would definitely go back next time in the area.

Beach Location Resort way in a lovely location very close to the beach. Everything was in excellent condition and the pools and garden area were beautiful.

The pool facilities and location to the beach were excellent. The apartment we stayed in was not great. Terrible beds and bedding. Really lacking in all ways presented. Stains on carpet, issues with car parking and many more disappointments. The apartment building itself is wonderful though.

Cotton Beach Resort was a great place to stay. Location was super quiet. we hardly saw anyone within the complex (we had an external unit). The private plunge pool was fantastic. The unit was spacious, luxurious and very clean, well stocked. Local shops and restaurants are a short drive away. Perfect for a family holiday, short walk to the beach. We will be back.

Great apartment which was well finished and very spacious. Plenty of options to walk to local amenities or a very short drive which makes life very easy. More dining options are available in Casuarina which is good.
