Response from Property: Dear Ange, first of all I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for choosing our NH Catania Centro hotel as your place of stay in Catania and for taking the time to send us your review. I am very sorry about your customer service experience as one of our main goals is to provide excellent customer service. We are sorry that you never reported any issues during your stay and we just learned about this poor service. If you had reported this issue we would have fixed it immediately, but you didn't give us any chance to fix it. As for the heating, guests can manage it directly from the room, but the temperature will be reduced or increased by 3 degrees. If, by your request, you need a higher temperature than the basic setting, then the reception must step in to make a temporary setting, because your needs are different from those of all other guests in the hotel.
