"The staff, has given maximum availability and collaboration, winning note of the structure, very small rooms, to be renovated, air conditioning with many caprices perhaps for my bad luck, there is no full board service, or half board, with the torrid summer of these years, it is a real problem the external restaurants are there and also nearby, but with open structures, in addition to lunch the sauna is guaranteed, dinner and lunch a nightmare for those who suffer from the heat like me. I thank all the staff for trying to alleviate the inconveniences of the structure."

"FOLLIA...MAI PIÙ! Premetto che sono abituata anche ad andare in hotel da semplicissime tre stelle. Mi spiace molto fare questa recensione però non è giusto che la gente si faccia ingannare dalle 4 stelle (che non so con che criterio siano state date): Hotel freddo e triste. Camera piccola, buia e poco curata, senza balcone, frigo bar in camera VUOTO, armadi con le ante rotte, un asciugamano a testa (nemmeno quello per i capelli) letto matrimoniale a molle (in realtà due materassi singoli uniti). Bagno senza nemmeno una finestra che arieggi o una fuga di aria! Proprietari inesistenti e freddi quanto l'hotel. Mancanza di ogni dettaglio che però è importante per il prezzo che si paga. Ho pagato moltissimo per un servizio scarso! Colazione discreta, posizione buona e centrale (vero) ma al centro di cattolica ci sono altri mille hotel (anche a tre stelle) semplici, illuminati e con personale simpatico! Lo vedo più un hotel per una sosta di lavoro che per una piacevole vacanza. "

Even the cleaning lady greeted us with a smile and immediately asked if we’d like an extra pillow. These little gestures make all the difference. It’s genuine, attentive, and heartfelt. Breakfast was simple but absolutely perfect – fresh, well-stocked, and accompanied by delicious coffee served with a smile. The lovely ladies at breakfast were always ready to help, and nothing was ever too much trouble. When we arrived, the owner himself introduced himself right away, saying, “I am the owner, let me park your car.” That moment said it all: hands-on service and a commitment to making guests feel cared for. This is what true hospitality looks like – a place where you’re not just a room number, but part of a family atmosphere that warms your heart. Thank you for this beautiful experience. We will never forget it."

"I travel frequently for work and over the past 15 years, I’ve stayed in more than 200 different 4-star hotels across Europe. As usual, I called ahead to mention that I’m quite tall and value comfort after long days on the road. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, no complaints there. However, the bathroom design really caught me off guard. The toilet was positioned in such a tight space that I had to twist and squeeze just to sit down. It honestly felt like a physical challenge more than a place to relax. This is the first time I’ve ever encountered such an awkward setup in a 4-star hotel. It may seem like a small detail, but for taller guests or anyone with mobility concerns, this could be a real issue. Hopefully just an exception, but not an experience I’d like to repeat."

"I stayed 3 days with my husband and my 2 children in this hotel in a four-fold. We were very good for the cleaning, kindness and friendliness of our staff, handbags changed every day, working air conditioning and good breakfast and salad My kids have been very much affectionate for the dog of the hotel name Cloe.. so much that they want to return to us next year 😊😁 Very good that you have everything at a few steps ... a few meters and you are already in the center between roads and squares. They have a small parking and at the cost of 3 euros you can leave your car safely there even if it is not kept. The only sin was mattresses ...very hard ...but for the rest everything perfect. I recommend it as quality/price."
