Everything was perfect. The kindness of the staff. The cleanliness of the premises. Honestly, I loved staying in this hotel and I highly recommend it.

Although it is a little far from the station and major tourist spots, it is along a major road and is easily accessible. The interior of the hotel and rooms was elaborate and very cute. I recommend it to those who want a visually pleasing room. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Mantap

Great service and very good hotel staff (special thanks to Ayun and her colleagues for making our stay so comfortable). The hotel room curtains are structurally misaligned and do not fully stop the sunlight. We were forced to wake up at 6:30 am daily and were unable to rest in the afternoons due to the constant bright light. Hope the hotel looks into this architectural defect.

Nice clean and stylish place. Helpful to locate the jacket in left behind and send to Jakarta. Could have done better by giving free water downstairs at reception.
