Adorable, charming, and incredible staff. I'm an American who visited here 30 years ago. I can't wait to return and take in the magnificent beauty of the region. The dolomites are spectacular. Highly recommend this gem of a hotel to anyone wanting true Northern Italian hospitality and warmth.

2 outlets in the entire suite to charge your device, (And no outlets in the bedroom) not comfortable pillows or sheets, no espresso machine, no English TV channels. Breakfast was extremely limited compared to the other hotels we stayed at, and service was not great. Dinner on the other hand was excellent and service was good.

Stanza spaziosa e ben curata; Area wellness che ci siamo goduti da soli con molta pace e soddisfazione. La cucina rimane la punta di diamante: curata, ricercata e più che ottima! Da non perdere assolutamente anche per l’ottima posizione che ci ha permesso di fare bellissime passeggiate.

Sono stata l’altra sera al ristorante come ospite esterno al hotel e ho trovato l’ambiente incantevole, il cibo delizioso e il personale molto professionale, formato e gentile oltre ad essere giovane. I vini e i piatti sono spiegati nei minimi dettagli, rispondendo anche alle mie domande e curiosità. Piatti studiati, belli e buoni mi hanno fatto vivere un’esperienza tra sapori e novità ed è stato veramente bello, bravi ragazzi continuate così .

Sono stata a pranzo con mia mamma, siamo state accolte con simpatia e gentilezza in un ambiente tranquillo e armonioso. Molto preparato il cameriere nel consigliare e nel descrivere i piatti in maniera dettagliata. Le pietanze buonissime e presentate con molta cura . Burro nocciolato come saluto della cucina col pane fatto in casa era a dir poco favoloso e dessert fantastici sono da provare 👌

Io e il mio compagno abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno memorabile all'Hotel Orso Grigio! L'atmosfera calda e accogliente ci ha subito conquistati, così come la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale. Le camere sono eleganti e confortevoli, fornite di ogni comodità. L'Hotel Orso Grigio è il luogo ideale per una vacanza rilassante in Val di Fiemme! La struttura è davvero incantevole, con spazi curati e un'atmosfera autentica. Sono stata a cena con il mio compagno, e più che una cena è stata un’esperienza fantastica!!! I piatti sono curati ai minimi dettagli e sono veramente eccellenti, un esplosione di gusti notevolmente studiati!!! I ragazzi della sala molto attenti e professionali, non c’è stato bisogno di chiedere niente!! Grazie al maitre di sala Alessandro abbiamo degustato degli ottimi vini!!! Ps: cantina dei vini 🔝!!!
