Novotel hotel ***agement should renovate rooms as soon as possible, it’s looking very old , I think they haven’t change their interior from last 20-25 years, running their hotel with same old interior,Rooms doesn’t give feel of Five star property.

This resort is excellent. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Breakfast is also excellent with a wide variety of foods. A volleyball court close to the beach would be fantastic. The beach shacks close to the resort is also brilliant.

The Novotel Dona Sylvia Resort, Goa is the most wonderful place I lived so far. We got Beutiful Sea view from our villa. The staff are welcoming and generous. Special thanks to Pari who arranged a beautiful decore for our 20th Anniversary. It made our special day more special.

Just returned from the most amazing week in Goa at the Novotel Dona Sylvia. The hotel itself is set in stunning grounds and has a short path right onto the beautiful and quiet beach. The rooms were very clean with a nice balcony or terrace. The Aircon was very good which was needed as very hot and humid during our stay. The best thing about the hotel though were all of the friendly, helpful staff and the standard of food. The main buffet restaurant was such great quality and had different options at each meal, with some of the best curry dishes we've ever eaten. There are then 2 al a carte restaurants to choose from as well. Special mention must go to Gita who helped arrange a very special wedding anniversary as a surprise for my wife. From arranging our room to be decorated during the day to a very special meal setting with flowers and champagne, she really went above and beyond to make us feel special. The only bad thing was that we only had a week and we hope to return for longer. One other recommendation would be to go on the dolphin watching boat trip with Cris's cruises. This can be booked at Mike's place (restaurant) and is about 4 hours. Cruise out to sea to spot dolphins in the sea and then back up the river to drop anchor and have lunch which was fresh prawns starter, fresh king fish and accompaniments. All the while served unlimited drinks and for approx £12 per person

It was an amazing stay overall a smooth check in and checkout procedure with pari's help and reservation ***ager Ms. Rina acharya ensured if we are comfortable with our stay ***** with Mr. Dennis D'costa. Thanking everyone for our wonderful stay and experience, would definitely visit again next year.

It was our first time in Goa and we absolutely loved it . The hotel was lovely . Really comfortable rooms . Probably one of the cleanest hotels we have stayed in . The staff we very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us . Getta welcomed us when we arrived and looked after us for our stay . Soo relaxing. We will definitely be booking for next year for my husbands 60th birthday and our wedding anniversary

Went to sohum luxury spa at Novotel and was one of the best experience. I have been to their Mumbai outlet and must say they maintain their quality here also. It was just amazing. Reception team was so friendly. Dr. Megha helped me with the treatments and took care for my concerns and suggested me certain diet plan and yoga. Therapist named Ashika was very professional and experienced. Will be revisiting for sure.

We went for night stay ,stay was awesome very warm welcome by Geeta she is very loving and caring ❤️ She advise us to have lunch in Kebab n kurries,there was unlimited huge thali, veg n nonveg both, it was awesome staff were very caring as Kartik, Darshan, in Restaurant. And Abhishek, Arvind, Bipin and two more guys, bt I forgot their name in Kebab n Kurries All staff are so loving n caring. Dominic n Amar , Sinthyiya was also very Nice. Overall Experience was incredible, Love to visit again.
