I think the hotel changed hands 3-4 years ago. For those who don't know the area, the hotel is located in Çavuşin. 5 minutes by car to Göreme, 20 minutes to Ürgüp, 10 minutes to Avanos. The location of the hotel is close to everywhere and very quiet. The rooms are quite spacious. The breakfast is sufficient. Employees are very caring. They already determine an itinerary for you. I called and got information from them even when I was outside the hotel. Balloons pass right next to the hotel. It was great to have places to visit right next to the hotel, within walking distance. We have informed them about minor deficiencies and they will take necessary action. We would like to thank Mr. Yiğit and all the staff.

There was no special care at the hotel where we stayed on New Year's Day. In the evening, on a cold day, you cannot sit anywhere outside the room because there is no fire outside. The place to eat is not open either. There is no reception in the evening hours, so if you have an urgent need, you won't be able to meet it. There was a general shortage of hot water in the hotel. It was the best hotel I have ever stayed in. We were very happy that the staff were friendly and helped as much as they could. I stayed at the hotel for my friend's wedding, and thanks to the officer in charge (Mr. Ömer), he even gave me his belt because I forgot my belt.
