Sea n Sun Guest House

We had a great stay at the guesthouse! Cecilio, is ever so friendly and an amazing host. The rooms were nice and just minutes away from The Split, where we spent most of our time. Really recommend the guesthouse!

This was an amazing stay! The property looks beautiful with all the colorful shacks! They offer bicycles and kayaks! The local family that runs this hotel are experts when it comes to hospitality! Cecilio, the property manager, was outstanding. This is a must stay for when in Caye Caulker.

My sister and I were SO pleased to have found Sea n Sun guesthouse: such a delightful quiet and shady haven off the beaten track yet conveniently near the Split. Our room was overlooking a central communal courtyard with pretty flowering bushes spilling over the arbours and fairy lights at night. It was lovely to swing in the hammock to read a book or have a leisurely cup of coffee on our terrace away from the bustle of the main tourist areas. Our room was spacious, with large, comfy beds, cleaning was every two days, and a fridge and microwave meant we weren't always reliant on eating out (pleasurable though that was!!), and a safe. But it was the thoughtful little extra touches that so impressed us: the generous supply of fresh coffee (with coffee maker), a flagon of water rather than bottles, a toothbrush holder, shampoo and lotion, a hairdryer, lots of charging plugs, even a little plug-in nightlight. Plus the bicycles and kayaks available for free use. Thank you so much Cecilio (Manager), and your helpful and friendly staff for your fantastic hospitality - Frank, Charlene and others whose names I unfortunately didn't get. We definitely hope to be back!

Great place with amazing atmosphere. Wonderful staff, room and a bathroom were recently renovated, ac worked very good snd the wifi was great as well - i could work with it. I loved the hammock on veranda and that bicycles and kayaks were included. The guesthouse is in the center o the action but very peaceful because of the small street. We loved it very much here

This spot blew my expectations out of the water! The hospitality of both Cecilio and Frank were outstanding and right off the bat I got good dinner recommendations upon arrival. Using the kayaks 🚣🏻‍♂️and the bikes 🚲was a big plus for navigating the island and they even have a beautiful water access in the back. The spot in itself was super close to everything and felt easy walking distance. Overall i was very pleased with my stay at Sea n Sun and I’m stoked to come back again.

Lovely, simple and affordable place to stay near all the main activities in Caye Caulker, but also with a more local vibe and equally handy for exploring the more genuine ‘back’ (West) side of the island or for a swim on the calmer side of the Split. Great balcony room, with sea breeze and view, and AC for really hot days. The only downside (for our room, not all) was having to share a toilet and shower, but these, like everything, were kept nice and clean by the friendly host, Frankie. Recommended for the budget conscious traveller, who is not looking for loud music or a party vibe.

Sea N Sun guest house was a phenomenal little guest house on caye caulker. The manager Cecilio was wonderful and incredibly welcoming and friendly to every guest. He gave us great tips on where to eat and some of the snorkeling tours to check out, and helped us extend our vacation by a day because we loved the room at the first house so much. The room itself was open and spacious, very clean and nicely decorated. AC unit worked well, several ceiling fans too, and the bathroom was very clean, had a hair dryer and the water was hot. The beds were clean and comfortable - the only small negative was the pillows were too big and hard to feel comfortable to sleep on. Our room had a really lovely porch to sit and drink coffee in the morning and watch the hummingbirds fly around the flowers. There’s a community kitchen to make coffee in the morning. The guest house is located on a small side street in the downtown area just 5 min walk from The Split, close to bars and restaurants, and close to several snorkeling/diving tour companys. The guest house has bikes to use on the island as well. Overall the stay was better than we could have asked and Cecilio the manager went above and beyond to make guests comfortable during their stay. We also met the owners of the guest house who were also very kind and friendly to guests. Highly highly recommend booking your stay with them!

I stayed for 8 days and will return in the future 100% it’s a beautiful little property and the hosts Robbie & his wife are absolutely exceptional, very friendly and make you feel right at home, the property is always extremely clean and the staff work really hard to maintain the place and keep it looking beautiful, the kayaks and bikes are free to use which was a really lovely added bonus, definitely recommend staying here if your on the island and want to relax and have peace and quiet at night
