The hotel was just ok. Nothing extra. Certainly wasn’t what I was used to but from my understanding one of the better options on the island. Very meager accommodations though. Stayed for 1 day. & that was enough. Beds weren’t the most comfy room was very minimalist but the location is good. The highlight was being able to walk directly out to the water to write.

The hotel was very helpful with transportation. This was my first time to the island. From the airport, to the transfer, to the water taxi, the whole process went perfect. They had a golf cart and a sign with my name waiting at the dock. Will definitely be back.

Our stay at Jan's exceeded our expectations. Before the trip we contacted Sheena to get information. She hooked us up with our airport/ferry transfer, ferry tickets, and to pick us up at the ferry terminal and bring us to Jan's. Everything worked out exactly as expected. The staff at Jan's was very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfy, furnished with a mini fridge with bottled water. The location is great. Not far from the split, but not close enough for the noise. It's a short walk to restaurants and the markets. Our return back to Belize City and the airport was equally smooth. Our thanks to Sheena, Sarah, Gabriel, Fred, and the rest of the staff! You made this one of the best vacations yet!

Great location to restaurants and shops. Short walk to the Split. Staff are efficient and extremely welcoming and friendly! Hotel is clean and well maintained. Beachfront could benefit from a daily pick up of garbage that washes ashore. Lounge cushions would be great too. Loved the rooftop retreat and its amazing views!

Jans is a nice hotel. Its not a high end property, but better than most of the hotels on CC. Right in the heart of the action. Bike rental and tours right down the block. Stores are within a 2 minute walk. The only downsides, the shower head sprayed all over the place, and the firestick used for TV didnt work properly, but no big deal. Would stay again.

Was a great place to come & stay at. At the last minute we wanted to spend another two days, they made it work for us!
Was a pretty busy place. Wish there was more if beach but it still was a great place to relax.
Would recommend it! They have security that are there all night long, so you feel really safe. Gabriel gave a run down of where thing was, everything is pretty much in walking distance, lots of restaurants & live music!
Would go & stay again!

This place was exactly what I was looking for. Beautiful tiny island, the little beach area right out the front of the property and everything you need within a two minute walk. Caye Caulker is a great place to unwind and unplug for a couple of days, and Jan’s is a perfect place to do it.
