I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I booked 5 rooms, and none of them were functioning well. One room had cockroaches, another had an aircon problem where water was pouring out non-stop because it was broken. I even have a video showing the water coming out. By morning, one pail was completely full. There were just too many issues across all the rooms.
On top of that, there’s no elevator, no parking, no hot water, and you’re stuck using a disgusting pail instead of a proper shower setup. They didn’t even provide towels. The hallways and rooms were dirty, and the pillows were beyond gross.
I really don’t recommend this hotel. To the owner: please listen to your guests’ feedback and take action. Your staff is doing their best, but they need more help. One cleaner can’t manage everything. It's clear that the hotel needs better management, maintenance, and basic facilities.
