Mandarin Plaza Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at Mandarin Plaza Hotel Cebu. The location is excellent, especially because it is just a short walk to Ayala Center, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I also enjoyed the swimming pool and the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always willing to assist whenever I needed something. What I appreciate most is the combination of comfort, convenience, and good value for money. It feels like a hotel I can comfortably come back to whenever I’m in Cebu.

Our latest room booking is not that pleasant we were given a room which is in front of the elevator. There was an event which lasted a bit late and the guest was very noisy. We tried to understand but I hope next time they can give us a room which is child friendly. Pool and buffet by the way is superb! Will definitely go back again next time.

Room was ok but a little outdated especially the bathroom. Breakfast mostly cold and average quality. Need to pay 2000 php deposit.

had a pleasant stay! managed to get our room early with no added charges & loved that the lifts always came fast~ airconditioning in the room also worked well. location was great! only 10 mins stroll to the massive Ayala Center Mall which has so many things & always took less than 1 min to secure a Grab from the hotel to get around Cebu City the staff also always helped us get the door & our luggages, thank you Mandarin Plaza!

The location is okay. The room looks old. Wanted to stay on this hotel before but did not had a chance. So finally, when I came back to visit cebu again decided to stay here and so I booked this for 3 days and 2 nights was surprised how the room looks like. This was an old hotel I guess. The bathroom was okay. The breakfast has a reasonable price but most of the foods on the buffet are cold. Breakfast was okay but it would be nice if the breakfast was hot. I love the danggit on their breakfast though.The hallway is vey hot. Like really? The lobby is okay too. The frontdesks looks very serious and sad at the same time though. I don't know why.🙈

Perfect. Close to ormoc port about 10 to 15 mins drive. Near ayala mall and sto nin̈o church also hotel is clean, friendly stuff n beautifull view they nice pool, n gym we tried🥰. 🫰❤️ highly recomended

Love the room, it's clean and comfy. But no slippers inside the room hehehe. Love the service in front desk and the breakfast not that good 😋

Near to Ayala were we had our shake out run before our Nustar run.
